The holiday home "Atelier" is located in a part of our property that once belonged to a versatile artist. In the heart of Maggia, the small house has a common entrance through the rose garden with the holiday home "Studio", a small garden for your own use and beautiful mountain views. From the house you can reach on foot in a few minutes the following: main square, bars and restaurants, bakery, supermarkets, post office, bank, doctor's office, pharmacy, the river Maggia and beaches. The style is rustic, wood, stone, local granite. Our latest restoration was carried out deliberately with low environmental impact and had more attention to the use of environmentally friendly and healthy materials. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, renovated with attention to detail. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and electric hotplates. There are also several small devices available as: coffee capsules and filter, kettle, toaster. The kitchen has a "starter kit", d. H. Spices, salt, coffee, tea, sugar, flour, oil, u. S. W. The buffet cabinet is extensively equipped with accessories for the kitchen and table. The separate bedroom with double bed is provided with bedside tables, large wardrobe, desk and views of the courtyard garden. The sofa bed in the living room (150x190cm) two people can sleep comfortably. The bathroom has a shower / toilet and hairdryer. The small garden with pergola has garden furniture (table, chairs, deck chair, granite bench and barbecue). We use environmentally friendly cleaning agents for cleaning the rooms. Free public parking is in the immediate vicinity.
P.S.: We have chosen not to equip the apartment with TV and Wi-Fi. For entertainment we have a selection of books in several languages, radio CD players, various board games. For small children we offer a "Wunderkiste" with many wooden toys.





The ALL INCLUSIVE rate includes:
• Stay 1 to 4 persons,
• linen for bed, bath, kitchen and garden,
• ev. 1 child's bed,
• "starter kit" for the kitchen (see description)
• Electricity,
• ev. 1 Pet.
Heating costs (pellet), tourist taxes (from 14 years) and final cleaning are to be charged separately.





 



Additional costs:

Heating: according to consumption (obligatory).
Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 90 CHF (obligatory).
Parking: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Electricity: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Towels: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Bed linen: included in the price per object per day (obligatory).
Fuel fireplace: per object and day according to consumption (mandatory).
Tourist tax: per person and day costs of 3.25 CHF (obligatory).
Pet: per pet and day included in the price (compulsory).
