Great Condo, excellent for seniors

Comfortable king bed in master. Both toilets are comfort height. Vent fans in bathrooms work well. Kitchen very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. Air conditioner worked well. TV's worked well. WIFI worked but was a bit slow.

The only thing I would have wished for is a coffee maker with automatic shut off. I'm so used to that, that I forgot to shut it off, and nearly had a mess.

I was able to catch fish right off the dock.

Amazing Condo!

Oly, you out did yourself on this condo. We loved your sweet hide-away in Key Largo. We felt like we were at home. In fact, we kept saying "when we get home" when were out and about. It truly had everything we could have needed. As we went with another couple having the full bath outside of the main bedroom worked perfectly as we did not need to disturb each other for showers. The view was awesome of the water and the sunsets. The only thing that would have been beneficial is having a second key card when traveling with another couple that way each of us could leave the property without the other. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home it was a joy. If we get the opportunity to come to the Keys again we would definitely stay here. Karen A.

Great place to stay!

Had a wonderful time in the Keys! Good place to start an adventure exploring the Keys! Condo was all that anyone could ask for. We found the fisheries seafood market a couple miles down the road & made delicious lobster, stone crab, & yellow tail at a fraction of restaurant prices. Located close to grocery stores. One of the best vacations ever! All the people at the condo were very friendly and gave helpful advice on good places to sight see & eat out. If you are planning to go to Key West we would suggest to plan a two day excursion, as there is too much to see & do in one day!

Very relaxing pleasant place to stay

This property was exactly as shown. The view from this unit is one of its best features and is not available on all units in this development. We especially enjoyed the dock at sunset and the well kept grounds. The owners were very nice to deal with.

Great & beautiful location-Wonderful experience!

We enjoyed this clean & well appointed condo for 2 weeks - the décor is updated & pretty. The owners were lovely & accommodating - it was easy to ask them any questions. We were very comfortable & happy with our choice & would definitely go to this condo again - it felt like home. The full bathroom & 1/2 bath are upgraded with glass mosaic tile touches & porcelain floors. The sink, toilet & fixtures were modern & very nice. The kitchen is upgraded & has just about anything you could want. There are grocery stores to the North & South only 1 minute away. We especially enjoyed the pool & the long pier that has a big tiki hut area at the end with table where many people gather for sunset. The pier is lighted underneath that spot so some people come out & night fish (we did!). There is a cleaning station out there with handy hose. There are several BBQ stations & picnic tables along the edge of the water using charcoal briquettes so take time into account for that & slow down, have a cold drink & enjoy the experience! There is an elevator in the center of the building w/carts to move your supplies. If parking a car there (in your assigned numbered spot) you must fill out a paper by the office & display your placard on your rearview mirror OR get a ticket. You can get extras from the office if you have a guest coming (they park in an Unnumbered space). I loved that the condo key was a 'number lock' EZ to memorize & use = just remember to take that 'gate access card' with you to get back into the property when you leave. The Master bedroom has higher 'privacy' windows = no real view which didn't bother us. New ceiling fans throughout. Flat screens in the living room & 2 bedrooms - there is a bonus room as you walk in the entrance (like a 'den') which I believe has a pull-out sofa bed. Trash chutes by the elevator. Renovation allowed the owners to gave up their 'outside balcony' area to add the beautiful & most enjoyable dining area facing the water. I did not miss the outside space as the floor to ceiling windows opened almost fully to lovely breezes as we were here in Wintertime. The dining room has floor to ceiling mirrors allowing you to see the views from the sofa area & kitchen. Best sunset viewing is from the pier. Indispensable = was my 'wheeled' cooler bag = easy to drag wherever with my towels bungeed on. I brought my own beach towels altho there were some there as well as bath & hand towels. Ask the locals where to eat = so many greats !

Wonderful condo, great location!

This is a very nice condo if you're looking for a quiet and relaxed vacation. Everything was very well maintained and clean. We chose this specific condo for its interior design which I think fits the overall theme of Key Largo. Swimming pool and area for tanning is a great plus!

We drove down from Orlando and was expecting to meet the owner. However, due to traffic, we arrived a little later than expected. But the owner, Oly, very sweet and a nice lady, made sure we didn't have any issues upon arrival. She even called us afterwards to make sure we got in okay.

There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores within a very close proximity, and activities in which you can participate. This location is also within a traveling distance to Miami that you can take advantage of.

We certainly had a memorable vacation and would definitely stay here again in the near future.
