The House of Alice in Casale Marittimo (PI) is situated in the center of the village, in a quiet and panoramic position inside the walls of the castle. The 65 square meter apartment is on the first floor and has a private entrance; It has been recently renovated with great care and tastefully furnished: living and sleeping areas are separated.
The living room has a very bright atmosphere and a special light from three windows with stunning views of the hills that slope gently towards the sea, on whose background on clear days stand the island of Elba, Capraia, Corsica and Gorgona. But the view in its exceptional extension can be appreciated from 2 terraces. The larger one is accessed by a brick spiral staircase which leads to the top of the roof: 2 comfortable chairs, table and umbrella allows to enjoy the landscape in the morning or in the evening during the breathtaking sunsets.
At the entrance is a stylish small kitchenette with 2 induction plates, a fridge and a small oven. In front of the tiny kitchen area there is a dining table with 4 seats with views to the sea, the living area continues with fireplace, comfortable sofa, two armchairs and cabinets , satellite TV and Wifi. Just beside there is the sleeping area with a comfortable double bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra emergency bed, but the apartment is ideal for 2 persons - a perfect romantic place. The furniture is designed with fine finishes to satisfy the aesthetic sense and also satisfy the need for functionality. At the same time they have been incorporated various tricks to make your stay pleasant, comfortable and relaxing. The solid walls of the ancient castle, about one meter thick, allow excellent thermal and noise isolation in all seasons. From Casale you can easily explore all the major art cities of Tuscany and the surrounding countryside. You can enjoy organic vegetables.
