The house consists of 2 separately usable semi-detached houses, each with 62sqm of living space and 2 separate entrances, each of which extends over 2 floors. The house 2 toddlers is for 8 people, plus. Up to 3 years ideal. By extra beds in the living rooms, the occupancy can be expanded to 12 adults and 2 infants. On the ground floor of the house is the spacious living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, from here you can reach the south-facing terrace. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a fireplace and a flat screen TV. In the open kitchen with a dishwasher, stove with oven, a fridge / freezer and a microwave is integrated. You'll also find plenty of plates, cutlery etc. for your vacation. Furthermore, the guest toilet and a storage room on the ground floor available. On the upper floor, the two bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. For our younger guests, a travel cot and high chair available. There are 4 parking spaces available. As a special highlight our guests an outdoor sauna (chargeable).

Our lovingly furnished house is located on a 650 sqm large, separate Recreational lot in the village and forest edge location in the seaside Karl Hagen. The property is set back and edged with mature trees. The house consists of two separately or sharable semi-detached houses with a size of 62sqm each. The apartments are lovingly furnished. , Each with 2 bedrooms in front with a double bed or with 2 single beds. The terrace invites you to relax and sunbathe. Have breakfast in the sunshine and let your kids romp. The living room is on the ground. You'll also find a modern kitchenette, fully equipped, with everything you need for your holiday. The bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs. On the ground floor there is an additional guest toilet. in addition if you want to come with more people, there is the possibility to operate the comfortable couch in the living room for a double bed. In addition, we hold for our younger guests each have a high chair and a cot provided free. For each apartment furnished terrace, lockable Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit, high chair, barbecue and 2 parking spaces are available.   In addition, a small sauna house can be used on the property for a fee on the spot. in the total price incl.: Water, energy consumption, final cleaning *. To be paid on site: tourist tax. Bed linen / towels can be brought along or rented optionally (12 EUR / package). Smoking is only permitted outside.
