On the ground floor of the house is the spacious living room with integrated kitchenette and dining area, from here you reach the south-facing terrace. Here it can be great relax and barbecue. The living room is equipped with a cozy Schalfcouch, a stove and TV. In the open kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge / freezer and microwave everything is there for a relaxing holiday is necessary. Furthermore, in the EC the guest toilet and a storeroom. On the upper floor there are both bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds), and the bathroom with shower and toilet. For our little guests are a travel cot and high chair available.

Holiday in peace, not far from the Baltic Sea beach in a beautiful holiday house. WLAN (from 10/2019) inclusive. The house consists of 2, also separately usable, semi-detached houses with 62sqm living space and 2 separate entrances, each extending over 2 floors. The house (both units together) is ideal for 8 persons, plus 2 infants up to 3 years. Due to the extra beds in the living rooms, the occupancy can be extended to 12 adults and 2 small children. Our lovingly furnished holiday home is located on a 650 sqm large, separate recreational property in the village and forest edge location in the Baltic Sea Karl Hagen. The object is reset and edged with mature trees. The apartments are equipped on the ground floor with living / dining room (upholstered furniture incl. Sofa bed, dining table, LCD TV, hi fi, woodburning stove), and an open kitchenette (complete with dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster) .For each apartment there is a furnished terrace. These invite you to relax and sunbathe. Have breakfast in the sunshine and let your kids frolic. Furthermore, there is a guest toilet in the EC. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed and LCD TV / DVD, 1 x 2 single beds), and the bathroom with shower / WC. The entire house is equipped with central heating. If you want to travel with more people, so there is also the possibility to convert the cozy couch in the living room to a double bed. We also have a high chair and a cot for free for our younger guests. You can bring your own bed linen or make use of the on-site service for a fee, and book linen (sheets and towels) at the rate of EUR 18 per package.  To the Baltic Sea, it is about the regular way about 1.6 km (shortest path to the beach through the forest) and about 2.4 km (to the beach on the beach promenade). To each unit is still a lockable Fahrradunterstellm��glichkeit, as well Barbecue and 2 parking spaces available.   Should it be a bit cooler on the sun-drenched island of Usedom, there is a stove available. A special highlight is the sauna directly on the property, which may be used locally for a fee. The total price includes water, energy consumption, final cleaning To be paid locally: tourist tax. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Pets: In this object, the traveling of a small dog up to a Rist height of 40 cm is allowed (6 EUR / night). The pets must be registered with the booking. Please note: The property is not fenced On the island of Usedom they have a well-developed network of bike paths available, which is constantly expanding. Explore the beauties of the island with your own bike or use the various bike rentals.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
