In the small and quiet village of Ka?tel is located this stone house, typical for Istria. The building, which is over 100 years old, has been extensively renovated and offers a pleasant ambience in a combination of traditional and modern elements. The vacation home is spread over three floors. On the first floor are the living and dining area with kitchen and an additional toilet, while on the first and second floor there is a bedroom each with its own bathroom. Of course, there is a fenced garden with barbecue and terrace at your disposal.
