The lovingly furnished, 44 m², 2-room Non smoking apartment No. 04 is located in the 1. Floor and has a ca. 9 m² south facing and furnished balcony with a magnificent view of the Selliner See with connection to the Greifswalder Bodden. The apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 adults + 1 infant up to 3 years in cot. Integrated in the living room kitchenette in addition an electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and other practical aids also a large round table with 4 chairs. The living area is completed with a sofa bed (1.90 mx 1.40 m), an armchair, 2 coffee tables, a showcase with radio, flat-screen TV and Blu-Ray player. Even on vacation, you do not have to do without an Internet connection (WLAN). This is included for you. The bedroom has a double bed (2.00 mx 1.80 m), bedside tables with alarm clock and a large wardrobe. 1x travel cot (without mattress, without Bettinlett) and 1x high chair are included. The tiled bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin with mirror and hair dryer. Shutters and curtains are used to darken the premises. In all rooms you will find night storage heaters. Your brought or borrowed bicycles can be subject to availability in the lockable bike room. 1 pet is welcome for an extra charge. A parking space is available to you inclusive at the house. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Our 2 cottages are located on the outskirts of the Baltic Sea Sellin in the immediate vicinity of Selliner See. The total of 11 spacious apartments are decorated with attention to detail. To end a warm summer day with a leisurely barbecue, who does not like that? All apartments have a sun terrace or balcony. And if that's not enough, there is a barbecue area with a gazebo at your disposal on the spacious property (with a size of approx. 2. 500 m²). For our younger guests a small playground to run and play is available. Swings, climbing, slides - this is how our little guests feel at ease. Numerous nature reserves, endless sandy beaches, cliffs, chalk cliffs, picturesque fishing villages, green forests and meadows can be explored on foot, by car or by bike. The Rasender Roland Station can be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot. A large selection of restaurants, cafes and shops can be found not only in Ostseebad Sellin but also in the neighboring towns such as Baabe Baltic Sea (3 km), Ostseebad Göhren (8 miles) or in the Baltic resort Binz (15 miles).
