This apartment has a size of 55m² and is suitable for a holiday of up to six people. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a large double bed in the apartment. The living and dining area is open plan, the kitchen equipped with modern facilities. From the living area you can reach the private terrace, which is equipped with a sitting area and a beach chair. The inside bathroom is modern and bright. A cot can be provided on request.

The builder of the house, Heinrich Wissmann, after the war, when there were hardly any jobs on Langeoog, found his livelihood in finding stones from the mud flats (so-called "shotguns"), which were then used for bank protection were installed at the port. Through his work he has been nicknamed "Hein Flint".
