We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was perfect and had everything we could want. Also had a lovely patio which was perfect for morning coffee. The complex itself is very nice and quiet.
The location was great , close to lots of wonderful restaurants and lovely shopping areas such as Kierland.
Really enjoyed our stay in Arizona and would hope to stay again in the future.
The owner was very pleasant and always got back to us very quickly when we had any questions.
My wife and I stayed 35 days at Don's Grayhawk condo. In almost every way the place was excellent and met well our specific needs. The place has ample space--1800 sq ft and the high ceilings give the condo an even greater sense of space. Lots of extra dishes and cutlery and seating which was needed when our children and grandchildren visited over Christmas and New Years. The patio faces west and so gets sun almost all day long--important during the cold months of December and January. The community pool (with hot tubs) and exercise room were above average and we used them regularly. The location is quite convenient--just a few minutes off the perimeter highway of 101--and close to many good hikes in the McDowells and elsewhere (e.g. Pinnacle Peak). Some minor negatives include: broken kitchen faucet; shower spray in the master bedroom; dishwasher not fixed to the island; a bit worn in the places. But these are minor complaints compared to an overall great stay for a fair price. Don was quick to respond to any questions or problems. We will surely consider staying here again.
We chose this property because we were visiting family and liked the idea of having a large private patio to use for entertaining. Glad we did, it was perfect! Plenty of seating,nice big table,good view looking out over the golf course, very peaceful. The condo itself was very very nice, we didn't use the second bath or other 2 bedrooms, it was just 2 of us staying,but the entire condo was beautiful. Everything you need is there, it definitely is like being in your home away from home there was nothing more we needed. Shopping and restaurants were close by which was a plus. Checking in and out was a breeze! Next time I visit Arizona I wouldn't hesitate to pick This condo again.

We loved our stay! The condo is beautiful and was in perfect condition, and had absolutely everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the condo was great for golf (about 30 minutes away from the airport, and within easy driving distance of the best courses in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area). Moreover, the owner was highly attentive and responded to text messages within minutes. We highly recommend this location, and plan to stay again in the future. Thanks for a great vacation!
