Estacionamento subterrâneo reservados & entrada codificada garantido. Sala de estar inclui mobiliário de couro, TV de tela plana e DVD player e comer-in bar com quatro bancos de bar. Área de jantar inclui mesa e cadeiras para quatro. TV a cabo, Internet & acesso sem fio.
The condo was clean, well maintained, well appointed and, as advertised, had virtuously everything provided that you would need. I liked the k-cup Keurig coffee maker (they also have a drip type but I make terrible coffee). The view from the balcony was superb. While inside, the TV's and accompanied sound systems kept us entertained.
A short walk across the street takes care of your grocery needs where a Publix is located.
There are plenty of restaurants to satisfy most tastes. I had a great fish sandwich at Alfies located on the A1A not far from the condo.
The owner, Theresa Hopcraft, answered all my questions and urged me to contact her with any additional queries.
There were only my wife and I staying at the condo. Nevertheless, it was apparent that two couples could fit comfortably. I definitely would recommend this property to my friends and family.
This condo is excellent location on the peninsula with Publix right across the street, restaurants very close and if you need to bank there are 2 well known branches across the street. The pool is ideal and the beach is great for walking. Also the sunrises are out of this world. So----beautiful. The condo is very nicely furnished with linens and towels. The kitchen has spices and condiments. Also there is a washer & dryer with supplies to complement.
A1A has much to offer in attractions:water sports, miniature golf, surf fishing, ocean deep sea fishing. And Alfies Restaurant is just north of the condo-good food, a locals place.

Stayed 6/9-16/2013. Never been to Ormond-by-the-sea before. It's a very quiet area. About 13 miles north of Daytona Beach and completely different from Daytona. Wide clean beach. Roomy enough for stunt kite flying. Surf was fun for boogie boarding most days but did beat the snot out of us one day :). Pool was small but never crowded and made a nice break from the ocean/sand at times.
The building is in a no-drive section of the beach (yin) and doesn’t have lifeguards around it (yang). It’s got some age but is well maintained. The unit seems recently updated. Very nice décor. New appliances "great fridge" (wife’s comment). Excellent ocean front balcony, master bedroom view. Nice balcony furniture. No windows in the 2nd bedroom but we stuffed a teenager in there so it didn’t matter. The master bedroom needs drapes. It’s excellent in that it’s right on the beach so throwing the windows open at night for the sounds of the surf is great. But it has wide wooden slats instead of drapes. That morning sun will get you up BRIGHT and EARLY.
Excellent video, sound, wireless in living room and master. Don't monkey with the diff remotes if you want to be able to stitch things back together, but needed to kill the subwoofer at night. Very quiet at night even with the windows open to listen to the waves. Only neighbor sounds were a rare flushing or other running water sound. Quiet at night is one of my big requirements. No complaints.
When we were there the unit had boogie boards, skimmer, mats, beach umbrella’s squirreled away around the underground parking spot (which we never used. It looked *interesting* to pull in to and there was plenty of above ground parking available). The unit was stocked with just about everything we needed. I’ve never been in a condo with sun tan lotion, shampoo, conditioner, other basics just like home to use. The building has chairs, lounges you can drag down to the beach. Just bring them back up.
We did use the inflatable bed in the unit for da boy one night. It deflated in a couple hours. Didn’t work out too well.
Not a whole lot of shopping close (especially if you go for a walk south down the beach. Carry your own water). But Publix is right across the street and Subway within walking distance. If you venture to the Hanky Panky bar it seems you’re required to smoke in there! There are good restaurants within a couple miles and anything you want down in Daytona Beach.

We loved the condo, perfect for two couples. It came with everything we needed and the view was amazing. It was a quiet stretch of beach with no cars and few people while we were there. We plan to return!
This was third unit in Seawinds, Ormond Beach that I have rented. By far the best one of the three. The condo was stunning with modern comfortable seating in living room accented with beachy decor. We didn't expect large screen HD TV'S not only in Living area also in Master. Queen size beds were very comfortable always a plus. Baths supplied with plush towels as one would find at a famous resort. Kitchen well equipped, just like home. Although I brought my own paper goods I didn't have to because enough there to outlast our one week stay. Owners thought of everything and I thank them. Number one reason for our enjoyable stay was the view and sound of Atlantic Ocean. I would definitely rent here again.
