This charming country house belongs to the municipality of Alhaurín de la Torre and the metropolitan area of Málaga, but is located in a rural area outside the modern urban extensions on the northern foothills of the mountain range ?Sierra de Mijas? The property includes a beautiful, large Mediterranean garden with roses, jasmine, palm trees and a gazebo next to the private pool. The comfortable vacation home including the various terraces and a veranda extends over several levels. Thus, you and your loved ones have plenty of space to relax and be together. From the terraces you have a good view over your own garden, the mountains and the region, which was traditionally known for its lime and orange tree groves. For your sense of security, the house is equipped with security devices.
The living area with fireplace, the kitchen, one of the bedrooms with private bathroom, and another bathroom are located on the main floor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, both of which have access to a terrace, the fourth bedroom, as well as the third bathroom. From the kitchen you can access a basement where there is another living area with a fireplace. The firewood costs extra, but in winter it is free.

50 meters from the cottage runs an idyllic footpath to Jarapalos Nature Park, where you can walk to the right for several kilometers surrounded by pine trees. If you go left from the house, you will reach Alhaurin de la Torre after 3 km. The golf course ?Lauro Golf? is less than 10 minutes away by car. To Torremolinos on the Costa del Sol, one of the most famous resorts in Spain, and the nearest beach you need about 30 minutes by car. To the lively city center of Málaga and to the exciting marina of Benalmádena it takes about 45 minutes each.
