I would use this property if returning to Honolulu. It is definitely dated and the furnishings need to be updated. The electrical outlet in the bathroom does not work. But, the view is outstanding and the unit has everything one needs for a stay in Honolulu. The kitchenette is adequate and well stocked. The cleanliness was good and the property is well located within walking distance of Waikiki Beach, restaurants, and shopping. And, the price is right.
Everything was perfect the location, the view, the cleanliness, and the comfort. The owner was very accommodating, can't wait to go back.
My husband and I along with my parents stayed in the two adjoining apartments. The view from the apartments was breathtaking. The location was very convenient and withing walking distance of many great places to eat. We loved our stay here.
The condo had all the amenities we expected to live comfortably for the 4 days. Everything was as described. Enjoyed Kornetti breakfast, pizza downstairs and walked across the street to Tony Roma's more than once The neighborhood was not scary!
This is our second stay and as always, it was perfect for our needs. Awesome views and close to everything.
The condo property is well furnished and well taken care of. The condo is on the 34th floor and provides a great view of the canal, and of Diamondhead. The ocean is also visible from one side. The beach is a mere 15 minute walk. We were able to get tasty frozen dinners from the all-night mini-mart next to the property. The windows were rather dirty but cleaning the outside of the windows on the 34th floor is difficult. Parking is $25 a day for residents. We did have a problem getting into the condo unit. Through prior arrangement with the owner the parking attendant was supposed to have the card keys for us when we arrived at noon. He instructed us to find a parking place on the street and enter the hotel lobby. I explained that we were instructed to get the card keys from him. Fortunately we were able to call the owner and we were able to get in by 3 p.m. We obtained 4 key cards but only two worked and one stopped working the next day. After a couple of trips to the security office we got all of the cards to work.
