Our house offers everything you would want for a feel-good holiday.
Comfortable, modern fully equipped with comfortable couch corner, stove, large dining table (6 persons), fully equipped kitchen, W-LAN (Internet access), washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, u. S. W.

 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, flat screen TV and safe.

On the ground floor is a daylight bathroom with integrated Finnish sauna, floor-level shower, toilet and vanity available, upstairs is another daylight bathroom with tub, floor-level shower, toilet and vanity, each with hair dryer.

Terrace with lounge-terrace furniture, Weber gas grill, larger lawn and lockable massive garaging for bicycles and / or sports equipment.
 3 on-site parking spaces are available on the property. Garage on request.

In Gingst is a supermarket with integrated bakery for your fresh breakfast rolls and other purchases. A small garden café (Wusse No. 11) invites you to home-baked cakes and pies. A fish restaurant offers delicious dishes with freshly caught fish and in the restaurant farm you can enjoy home-style cooking and poultry dishes (own poultry farming).

Directly at our house the Baltic Coast Cycle Route passes, on request we provide 4 adult bikes for a small Wochenobolus available, several Fahrradverleiher in the immediate vicinity.

The island of Rügen offers many attractions and excursions. For example, plan a visit to the Stubbenkammer (Chalk Cliffs Königsstuhl in the Jasmund National Park), take the Rasender Roland (historic narrow-gauge railway) and experience the fascinating Störtbecker Festival on the Rahlswiek nature stage. A day trip to the car-free island Hiddensee is unforgettable.

You want to be athletic? Within easy reach you can surf, kitesurf, cycle, horseback and play golf.

In 450 m you can swim. Here you will find a small natural beach.
Or visit the beautiful sandy beach of Prora and enjoy a nice long bath here.

Even with the kids is not a long time. Within walking distance there is an adventure farm with petting zoo and in about 2 km away the farm Lange. In Gingst there is the Rügenpark (miniature and adventure park on 40,000 square meters), the adventure land Rügen and much more.

You want to go fishing? = Directly on the doorstep in about 200 m. In Waase (about 350 m) there is also the possibility to rent a fishing boat.

In our house folder on site we show you other things. Young or old, there is something for EVERYONE - promised!

The house is allergikergeeinget. Smoking in the house is prohibited, pets are not allowed.

On the day of arrival, the holiday home is available from 16:00 clock, the deposit of 250 EUR is payable in advance by bank transfer to the landlord. You will receive an e-mail with the payment details in a timely manner.
On the day of departure, the house is swept clean by 10:00 clock to the cottage care.
