The modern furnished 5-star holiday house with a size of 105 sqm is suitable for 2-4 persons, ideal for small families. The family dog may also be brought along. The new half-timbered house is available since May 2011 as a holiday home. It has been completely renovated and refurbished. On the spacious south-facing terrace of the house is a large pond with jetty connected, which is exclusively for our holiday guests available. The spacious sunlit living room allows a view of the playful pond and lush plantings. The living room has a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV and a reading area with a desk. It can be telephoned free of charge into the German fixed network and surfed indefinitely with the own Notebook in the InterNet. The open wooden staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor. Here are 2 bedrooms with a size of about 15 square meters. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other has two single beds. Baby cots and cribs can be delivered on request. Upstairs is a small bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Another bathroom (guest toilet) with a walk-in shower and outside window is located on the ground floor. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. The modern kitchen is fully furnished and offers every comfort (induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo machine, toaster, etc.). The attached utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and freezer. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating, which brings in winter a cozy warmth. The costs for gas, electricity, water and final cleaning are included in the rent. If you would like to ride a bike, you can rent it from us free of charge. Parking is available in front of the house. The central location of our holiday home in the middle between the Hanseatic cities of Hamburg and Bremen in the Elbe-Weser triangle offers a wide range of recreational opportunities. A trip to Hamburg is worthwhile in any case (Hafencity with fish market, Speicherstadt, Binnenalster, Hagenbecks animal park, musicals Lion King and Tarzan). We also recommend a visit to the city of Bremen (Schnoorviertel, Weser promenade, Universe, etc.). Both Hanseatic cities can be reached via the nearby A1 in 40-50 minutes. The Old Country and the beautiful old towns of Buxtehude and Stade are about 30-40 km away, as are the Lüneburg Heath and the artists' village Worpswede. The Timmendorfer Strand on the Baltic Sea can be reached in 75 minutes as well as the North Sea beach in Cuxhuven-Duhnen.
