Proprietário tem orgulho e bons cuidados de este lindo apartamento para se certificar de que você tenha uma estadia agradável e divertida. Inclui: sala de jantar, cozinha totalmente equipada com todos os linhos utensílios de cama e banho, ar condicionado central, ventilador de teto, TV a cabo, DVD, estéreo. Cama de casal, ferro, tábua de passar e uma varanda; a poucos passos de todas as atividades de lazer .. As instalações incluem: acesso directo à praia, enorme piscina, ginásio com sauna, quadras de tênis e basquete, playground, áreas para churrasco, moeda lavanderia, estacionamento privativo e 24 guardas de segurança hr.
We stayed at this property in august for a week. The pictures are very accurate. The place is in a very good location close to a lot of great restaurants and bars.They had secure parking available with a guard on site 24/7 which made us feel very safe with our rental vehicle. The property manager was very helpful and was always available when we needed him. He even recommended a great local restaurant. We would definately recommend this place to friends and relatives.
There is planty of great places to visit within walking distance. Theres also planty of linens and towels available to use.
Very quiet building, minimal amenities. We did not swim in the pool but it looked quite clean and well maintained. Our unit, (against website rules to disclose specific unit???), was recently updated with new modern living room furniture. Overall, the unit was not very well cleaned but we didn't make this an issue since we would be spending little time here. We had to call about sugar ants in the unit; we had to trash all of our food stored in the cabinets. We were not reimbursed for this expense and the ants continued to be a problem throughout the week. The unit is directly on the beach and the noise of the ocean can be heard from the unit! Nice patio furniture to enjoy meals outdoors. Also some beach chairs and a cooler were left for our convenience. The unit feels very secure- there are two doors upon entry and both require keys. The beach access is very secure as well; a key is required for re-entry into the building. However, the entire property is surrounded in a tall barbed wire fence. This is a security feature which is appreciated but could be more aesthetically appealing. This is NOT a resort, there are lots of families here and it's quiet- which we appreciated. We will probably not stay in this building again but we will certainly use Jeorge's services again. He was helpful and always available. Lastly, the building is VERY conveniently located with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Must try: CocoBongo quesadillas and guacamole dip- located directly across the street.
Property was as advertised. It was right on the beach and conveniently located for beach and restaurants. The agent was helpful in making sure the wireless internet worked and any other questions we had. I would rent this place in the future.
The apartment was very spacious, clean and updated. The beach view from the 18th floor was very impressive. The location of the apartment is excellent, it is very close to the airport, hotels, restaurants, Old San Juan, Condado, etc. I highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in that area.

Os principais hotéis e cassinos. Minutos de fortes históricos como "El Morro", e Old San Juan City. 'El Yunque "rain forest é cerca de 30 minutos de carro. Perto da famosa 'Rum Bacardi Factory'. Perfeito clima tropical durante todo o ano. Belas praias e muitas outras atrações e locais de turista.
