Esta é uma unidade de canto 2 Quarto centralmente localizado na Snowshoe Village. A unidade é slopefront com vista para barbeadores lago e vista para a montanha ocidentais a partir do quarto de canto. O condomínio foi construído em 2007 e foi recentemente renovado. Existem 2 casas de banho completas, 2 quartos, sala de jantar, sala de estar e cozinha completa com 2 controles de temperatura. Custom projetado cozinha completa, não uma kitchenette como a maioria no programa de aluguel de Snowshoe. Colchões e camas superiores para uma grande noite de sono depois de um longo dia na montanha O condomínio é ski-in / ski-out com elevadores para as pistas de esqui e 2 cacifos privados no nível principal. O edifício também tem uma academia privada. O departamento de aluguel de esqui é no mesmo prédio e escola de esqui atende diretamente fora. Caminhar para qualquer lugar na aldeia ou apreciar a vista inacreditável do lago e das montanhas. Multi descontos disponíveis noite no meio da semana.

Great location central to village, ski school, and rentals.

This was the perfect location for our family. We could walk right out of the building to get our rentals and drop our daughter off at ski school. The beds were comfy and everyone slept great.

Nice place, modern and in prime location

The furniture, appliances and the apartment are in general modern and comfortable. It's well located, inside the village area and close to the parking lote. You can find restaurants, Starbucks, rentals and other stores right there. Moreover, there is a rental in the same building. If you are thinking about taking lessons, they are thought right next to the building. There are lockers for your skis with no extra charge (you are not allowed to store your equipment inside the apartments). We had questions about the apartment and the owner replied to our emails promptly.

Clean and Roomy with GREAT location

My children and I stayed in June 2010 for the GNCC race and the place was perfect. The location was better than expected and the condo was very roomy with all the amenities we needed to feel at home away from home. We'll be back!

Long weekend at Snowshoe

Two bedroom condo was perfect - clean, modern and well laid out. Great location with a view of bunny slopes and kids ski school out one bedroom window and of the other slopes from the living room. Ski rental just below and ski school outside the door. All restaurants were good but favorite with the kids was the Asian one. Hot tubs/outdoor pool at Allegheny a nice ammenity.

Stunning, like a home away from home...

This was really was like a home away from home, just on top of a mountain (and with a great view!). Expedition Station is the newest development in the Village, and it was great for us since it's located right between the Shavers Centre and the main Village Plaza.

The unit itself seemed a little bit larger than most of the comparable rooms we've stayed in at Rimfire and Highland House. The furnishings were comfortable and the beds were amazing.

If I was pressed to come up with two disappointments, they would be the windows and the cable. Because my stay was in late August, it would have been great to leave the air off and open up the windows; unfortunately, the windows have no screens, and I wasn't anxious to sleep with any mountain mosquitoes. On the other point, I was up a little late one night and turned on the television... If you've ever stayed anywhere at Snowshoe, you know the cable situation is notorious, and it hasn't gotten any better. Most of the basic channels were just static. I ended up falling asleep that night, anyway, on the ridiculously comfortable couch (which also pulls out into a bed, I believe).

All in all, an excellent place to stay in the Village. Definitely on par with The Seneca, and arguably even nicer than Allegheny Springs if you're happy to do your swimming over at Split Rock Pools. The owner was great about handling the last minute reservation quickly, and I really will plan on staying here again on my next visit to the Mountain, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a truly comfortable, modern place to stay in the Village.

Good value condo, fun getaway weekend

My thirtysomething husband & I rented this property Aug 14 - 16, 2009. We chose this unit because of its size & its location in the main Village. We were able to walk most everywhere. When we wanted to go to a restaurant (Ember) at the Soaring Eagle Lodge which is 1 mile away on foot, we took the shuttle. It is free & runs 'til 1 or 2 am.

The owner was very prompt with his replies and sending paperwork. I presented his letter to the Mountain Top check in center. They looked confused at first but we checked in without any issues.

Check in told us to pull the car up to Exp. Station to unload. We did but noted that it says 'no parking'. We had no issues. Actual parking for the unit is across the main street in a shared lot. Can be a long walk.

We later learned that guests who rent from the Resort and not from an independent receive passes for the lifts ($10 each summer), some coupons & activity discounts . As summer renters, this didn't make an impact on us financially. I'm not sure if the same can be said for skiing in the winter.

The unit looks exactly like the photos provided, very clean & neat. Sheets, towels, toilet paper & small soaps are provided. You must bring your own paper towels & toiletries. Good water pressure in the showers.

There is a flat bottom filter coffee maker. I emailed the owner specifically to confirm filters were provided & was assured they were. Sadly, no filters. Luckily, there is a Starbucks in the Villiage. Also, no potholders so I had to use the one kitchen towel to remove a pan from the oven.

The beds have good mattresses as advertised. However, they are both quite firm & set low to the ground. My parents would struggle getting up from them. The master is advertised as a queen but it is a double. I have a queen at home so I'm certain these are doubles. They are so small that my husband & I slept separately just for comfort.

The air conditioner is LOUD. It is located right next to the flat screen TV in the living room. It cools the living room and one bedroom (if door is open). No cool air makes it into the master bedroom.

This all said, condo was a good value, would recommend it.

Food was great at Junction (ribs and burger), Red Rover (gourmet dogs) & Ember (except calamari appetizer -- skip it). Alcohol was relatively inexpensive compared to our home (metro Baltimore). $4 a beer & $7.50 for Bombay Sapphire martinis! Ember entrees are $$ but its romantic and yummy.
