This condo provided the perfect lodging for our group of four (me, my husband, our young adult daughter and niece) during our stay in Asheville. The place is super clean, modern and fully stocked. Bill responded right away to all emails and calls (and even followed up when I missed an email) and left clear instructions. Best of all, the condo is located right in the heart of this fun city AND adjacent to a parking garage. Not that you'll need your car, because Asheville is a walking (or dancing, or skipping ...) kind of town!
My wife and I have just stayed 9 wonderful days in Asheville at a super nice condo. We really enjoyed our stay and the apt. was great. The excitement in town was electric and everyone was very nice. The condo was even better than was the description on VRBO. Bill the owner was very easy to work with and the place was spotless. We really had a great time and would recommend this condo to anyone that wanted a great place to stay. We will be BACK. Thanks, Bill for lettings us stay in your unit.

Always looking for places to stay right downtown. It is located right off of College Street so it is within walking distance to everything. We rented a car and there are two parking garages located across the street from the apartment, which makes it easy. It's $10 a day to keep the car in the garage. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean and there is everything you could possibly need including a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay downtown. We will definitely be back!!

The location of the loft is excellent. It is walking distance to all of the restaurants and attractions downtown. The loft is even nicer than the photos reflected. It was very clean and very well maintained.
I was a little disappointed that there was no coffee or laundry soap available. I would definitely recommend this property to our friends and relatives.
Location is perfect for a downtown Asheville visit! Loft is nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Owner is pleasant, professional and accommodating. I highly recommend to any couple visiting Asheville!
