This beautiful finca holiday home in a villa style has a very unique top location that you will rarely find in our portfolio: "Can Pelara" is only about 1500 m from the beautiful double bay "Cala Mondrago" and "Cala S'Amarador" ". You can easily walk there from the property. A pretty coastal path leads through the typical Mediterranean landscape to the two neighboring fine sandy beaches with an extremely flat entrance. Both are therefore among the most child-friendly beaches on Mallorca. At the same time, both beaches are not completely crowded even in high season. Anyway, you would have the choice between this double bay and several other beaches on the local south coast of Mallorca. Here the small sandy bays line up like a pearl necklace on the coast and alternate with pretty fishing villages. This includes the town of "Cala Figuera" (see photos) with its winding harbor promenade and the many (sometimes very good!) Seafood restaurants by the sea.

The beautifully landscaped and very well-tended garden and pool area of "Can Pelara" - that will be taught to you by any children who are traveling with you - is no less popular than swimming in the sea and playing on the beach. The 50 m² pool invites you to play and linger every day. It is surrounded by a cream-colored terrace landscape that extends from the covered terrace of the main front of the house to far beyond the pool. So everyone finds a cozy place to doze and chill. High-quality lounge furniture underlines this comfortable outdoor ambience, which also continues inside the house. There are a total of 4 double bedrooms available. There are also 3 bathrooms in the house as well as 1 guest toilet in the outside area and a warm and cold outside shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and in front of it is an open living-dining area with satellite TV (German channels, internet access, CD and DVD player). Of course there is also a washing machine and dishwasher in the house.

Particularly noteworthy is that the room on the upper floor is equipped with a wonderful roof terrace with a mega-panoramic view (also towards the sea). So if the terrace landscape around the pool is not enough, you can also take a quiet sunbath here. There is plenty of space for this. "Can Pelara" is really a
 small paradise and also absolutely child and family friendly.
