Esta moradia tem 3 pisos, todos piso é de madeira mão raspada, e mármore nos banheiros. A cama principal tem uma cama king size, o segundo quarto tem uma cama queen size. O quarto no primeiro andar pode ser usado como um escritório e ou den, ou um terceiro quarto. O terceiro quarto tem uma cama queen size nele também. Todos os colchões e novos e de alta final. Todos os lençóis são enviados para a limpeza sanitária, e novos podem ser fornecidos por uma pequena taxa.
O segundo andar tem uma das duas TVs LCD de 47 'HD e há uma TV em cada quarto, todos suportados por Comcast TV HD. A cozinha é completa com todos os pequenos aparelhos e utensílios de cozinha. Há também uma garagem de dois carros.
Este aluguer sazonal é de longe o melhor que você vai ver no sul da Flórida. Você sair de sua porta e dentro de 200 pés que você está em todas as lojas e 15 restaurantes e entretenimento que você poderia desejar. Eu tenho um monte mais fotos a pedido. Vou enviá-las para você.

This City Place townhouse is a wonderful place to stay in West Palm Beach. This home is well furnished and very clean. Everything you need is supplied for you. You can literally just show up and stay. Having a garage for parking is an very nice added bonus. The owners are extremely accommodating and welcoming. It is so convenient to be able to walk to many nice restaurants, places to shop, and ect. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to repeat in the future.

You can't beat the location of this townhouse. It is a perfect place to stay when you just need some down town but want to be close to all the amenities of a bustling city. City Place has all you could ever want from great restaurants, night life, a movie theater, coffee houses, and shopping. Not to mention the convenience of the free trolley right outside your door. A block walk to Publix for your grocery needs if you want to stay in and cook. The kitchen is WELL stocked and met all of our needs. The furniture in this unit was super functional, comfortable, very clean. A nice home away from home. The owners were very very easy to work with and accommodating. I have stayed in this until a couple of other times with friends and was happy that we came back for the third time. Thanks again Cameron and Joyce for your hospitality!
I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Owner was hard to get a hold of prior to our stay. Had to call several times. We waited over a week for our deposit. Had to call multiple times to get refund. Took several calls and FINALLY got refund. Walls are dirty need painting, had to fix the toilet that keep running. Pictures look really nice but not the case when you get there.
Owner advised us when we arrived that only 6 people were allowed. No conversation regarding that prior to arriving. Owner came 2 minutes before 11 on our checkout day and said it was time to go!!!!
We had a wonderful stay! Joyce was very nice and informative when we arrived. The townhouse was well stocked, spacious and clean. We liked being right in City Place with easy access to the beach and surrounding areas as well!

IN FEBRUARY AND MARCH DURING THE HEIGHT OF SEASON THE MINIMUM STAY IS FIVE DAYS
ALL INTERNATIONAL TRAVELS OVER 17, MUST PROVIDE GOVERNMENT ID PRIOR TO CHECK IN.
PARENTS OF PALEY INSTITUTE INQUIRE ABOUT DISCOUNTED RATE.
THERE IS NO MONTHLY DISCOUNTED RATE IN SEASON, ONLY A DAILY RATE.
Check-in is at 3 PM, check out is at 11 AM.
Renter acknowledges that they are a hotel quest with no rights as a tenant to the unit rented. Check out is at 11:00 am, please not that if for any reason that you don't check out on time, and prior arrangements have not been made, quest may forfeit their security deposit. This is at the discretion of the manager and or owner.
If by chance we do not have someone leaving or checking in the same day, we do try to accommodate earlier check-in's, and later checkouts times, but it's not always the case available.
In season, any cancellation within 90 days of check in, you forfeit your deposit.
If there is an overlap in reservations, the first security deposit received will be honored, and the other will be returned ASAP.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO EXCEPTIONS. Owner has the right to cancel in all provisions are not met.
There is a one time cleaning fee of $95, and processing fee of $25.
