Our with 3 stars by the German Tourism Association e. V. excellent, comfortably and comfortably furnished apartment for max. 4 people is in a newly built two-family house, which is located directly on the edge of the forest and yet central to the town center. The property borders directly on the Neustädter Kurpark with its manor house and is surrounded by further, quietly situated residential properties.

The apartment has a size of 45 m² and was extensively renovated and refurbished in 2012. Since then we have been offering our guests an internet connection via WLAN.
At the beginning of 2018, we installed a modern floor covering in the kitchen and bedroom area and equipped these rooms with new furniture.
The comfortably furnished living area is furnished with a seating area and sofa as well as a flat screen television and music system with DVD player. If necessary, the sofa can be converted into a bed for two people.

There is also a separate bedroom with a box spring bed. A flat screen television is also available here.

Of course, our apartment has a bathroom with toilet and shower.

For self-catering there is a small, well-equipped kitchen area with a dining table for 4 people. The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster, coffee machine, kettle, 2 hot plates and a microwave with grill and a fridge with freezer.

Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for babies and toddlers.

If you are traveling with your own car, the car can be parked on the property.

A small terrace with garden seating invites you to relax. We will be happy to provide you with a grill with accessories on request.
