Localizado a 100 quilômetros de vários beira da água, este ponto Jewel Dana está localizado entre Laguna Beach, ao norte e praia de San Clemente para o sul. Our expectation was exceeded when we entered the condo of Peter. Reality is much better than the pictures posted. Everything you need is just there in well organized manner. The condo is very clean, has a stunning view of the ocean, you can hear the ocean waves even from the 2 backside rooms. All the family was very happy and satisfied. It is closed to the beach, supermarket, coffee shops, everything you need. Swimming pool is few steps from the condo. It is really a value of money.
The most important is the extended hospitality of Peter, he came himself to say Hi and we spent very nice time together, we felt that we know him since long time back. When we needed minor maintenance; he highly concerned and promptly sent the technician who fixed this minor issue.
We love it, and will be back soon :)
We truly enjoyed our month at this property. The views are absolutely spectacular. The accommodations were great and well appointed. The owner was very nice and always responded quickly. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return some day soon.
We spend two months a year in CA to take the heart out of the winter. We have rented several places over the years and this property is the Best Ever. Why? For so many reasons: High quality interior, panoramic views of the ocean from the living area as well as the MBR, large spacious rooms, dining table positioned for views, a large well outfitted deck, privacy, attached garage, accessibility to grocery shopping and a caring owner. We are returning next year. This is now our go to place.
This gorgeous condo exceeded our expectations, it was even better than the pictures! Everything is high quality and well maintained. The condo complex was quiet and perfectly located, with the most comfortable beds ever. Thank you Peter and Eve for being available for any assistance. We appreciate your comfortable deck furniture since we practically lived on the deck for that spectacular view. Storage space was amazing - very helpful when you are staying for a month. We signed up for next year too!!
I stayed at this beautiful condo for the month of November & loved every minute of it. My daughter attends Chapman University, so it was close enough to see her frequently, yet far enough away to enjoy a bit of privacy.
Peter & Eve take wonderful care of the property and are available 24/7 for any questions. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms ample in size, the family room & kitchen well appointed and the extra amenities were abundant.
The view from the glorious deck is to die for - and the sunsets are remarkable from it. We enjoyed many a night on the deck with the cozy fire pit lit.
I am a rather finicky traveler and I would quickly return to this property and easily recommend it with 5 stars!
Exquisite. Breathtaking. Spectacular. Even the most discerning of travellers would be highly impressed by this luxe townhouse-style condo. With close proximity to Laguna and Newport Beach, a world of experiences and adventures are at your fingertips. Dana Point itself is also absolutely lovely (and a new favourite destination). I hope to be back in the area again soon, and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if Peter's property is available.
