In general we rent the house from Sat-Sat on a weekly basis - and during Christmas and Easter school vacation for 2 weeks -, but might make exemptions. Please ask for it before you create any booking request

• INSIDE
• Enjoy this luxurious home offering plenty of space on the ground floor, which makes a second floor obsolete. Experts .Brand and architechtural experts will love this house. 2 of the suites feature Modloft king-size beds. A very spezial piece is the classical Bauhaus Pony ottoman by Le Corbusier as well as very exclusive Bahama-style furniture and beautiful beddings
• There are 2 similar master suites with similar master bathrooms and as well 2 smaller, but not small suites als with ensuite baths, ideal for a vacation with 2 families. There is a private terrace, western exposure with access from one of the master suites and one of the guest suites. A powder room is alsoprovided
• There are LLOYED FLANDERS’ chairs around the teak dining table. Have a nice dinner or just sit and relax with a glass of wine. The kitchen is featuring ss appliances and is fully equipped. Enjoy your vacation in this outstanding home, which is allergy-friendly offering high end travertine floors throughout the house.

Please, make sure to enter the correct amount of guests.
You are renting a private owned vacation home and these requirements have to be met, please without delay. After your booking confirmation the following information for the contract is required: the renters name and physical address plus phone number and date of birth and also the names and dates of birth of each guest. It is expected to get the information after the booking and then the contract provided signed back immediately. Without a signed contract the house cannot be secured with the owner and without signed contract we are not allowed to get any access to the house.


City Codes and Ordinances of the City of Cape Coral requires for short term vacation rentals a minimum stay of 7 days, please ask for exemptions.


Covid-19:
We highly recommend to get travel insurance to cover any health issues.

The house gets cleaned according to the CDC guidelines and standards according to Covid-19 although it is not required any longer as the house was cleaned according to such high standards even before Covid-19. The house is well-ventilated throughout after guests leave and before new guests get there.

Toilet paper, soap and paper towels are available when you arrive, min. 1 roll in each bath and kitchen. Thank you for your understanding that we cannot provide those items for your entire stay like hotels do.

Min.2 weeks stay+seasonal price increase of 20% during Easter/Xmas vacation time - IF you are not sure about those time frames PLEASE ASK BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY BOOKING as otherwise your down payment will be blocked by HomeAway! We also make sometimes exemptions from the 2 weeks rule, but PLEASE ask BEFORE you create a booking - Since Ian hit the area this house has currently like many other homes no screen, which should have been installed a couple of weeks ago already. Luckily at this time of the year, there are very few insects. In the Southeast part of Cape Coral, where this house is located bugs are not a problem anyhow compared to the Southwest part of Cape Coral, where you are way closer to the Mangroves. The owner expects the screen will be installed anytime. We usually rent from Saturdays to Saturdays during non-Xmas and non_Eastern times. We make exemptions but will make the decisions from case to case.

Electric costs: The property manager shows how you can follow your consumption at any time during your stay. Costs are depending on amount of guests, weather impacts, and behavior and are usually between 40 - 150/week.

Relaxing vacation
The property is extremely nice. Pool was the best pool at any house we’ve been too and was warm as advertised. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and outdoor space was awesome. Electric usage and grill usage fee was extremely high for 5 days and this is the first time we’ve ever had to pay for using electricity. Overall wonderful experience!

Beautiful place!!!
This house is amazing. The pool was much bigger than it looked in the pictures. We had no issues with anything during our stay. My only complaint is that I had to pay for all of our power usages for the 7 days we were there. I thought it was only if you used too much. We were very careful to keep doors closed and lights off. We only used the solar heat on the pool. (It kept it at a great temperature) When you are paying close to $4,000 for a week, the utilities should be included. Other than that, you will not regret renting this house. It is amazing!

Beautiful Staycation
This property was beautiful. Very clean, well-maintained, and suited with everything you may need to relax. There were 6 adults and we had more than enough room. Easy access to nearby grocery store (Publix) and restaurants. We saw several manatees throughout the stay, which was a joy!

Wife's 50th
Beautiful place with great views. Wasn't impressed with the nickel and diming. $50 clean charge if you use the grill? I had to pay for the amount of electricity I used? $48 for 3 days (first time I've ever been charged) and we were very careful to not leave doors open. No bar soap for shower. Just several little things. With the rates they charge I would have expected it to be all inclusive.
