The spacious main floor master bedroom features a King Bed with a screened veranda overlooking the pool area. The Den features a sleeper sofa. On the second level, Donax offers a King Bed with a beautiful gulf view. The second upstairs bedroom has a Full-Size bed and an extra long Twin bed with a screened tile porch. The back of the property is a lush garden of flowers, trees and bushes which provide privacy while you BBQ or enjoy the large size heated pool and hot tub.

Location: Captiva Beach is just feet away from your front door. The villa sits on a two lane road the length of the island, which will take you to numerous local dining and shopping places. Avoid the hussle of the city and come and relax with a private setting. Local merchants can provide rentals for equipment such as surfing, para-sailing, biking, etc. Captiva Beach is also known for its fine shelling, so come enjoy the fresh ocean air and breathtaking views, without the crowds.
