The urbanization Monte de los Almendros is one of the most beautifully kept urbanisations of Spain.
The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac, this is very little local traffic) and has a ground floor entrance. On this level there is a guest toilet, a bedroom with en suite bathroom and a small balcony from which you have a beautiful view. Also here is the open living-dining room and the open kitchen. From kitchen and dining room leads to a partly covered, terrace. There you can enjoy your meals. The lounge group offers up to the evening with a good Spanish wine or the one or the other to end Cerveza. You have a fantastic view of the sea and the historic town of Salobrena with its Moorish castle illuminated at night.
Should teh hubbub at the pool even be too much, you will find peace on the lawn where the fruit trees scent the air. Depending on the season you can make your own oranges, lemons and tangerines harvest.
In the cooler months you can from the living room, with panoramic window, with open fire enjoying the breathtaking view.
The lower floor has spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). All rooms have an exit to the meadow and pool area.
From the partly covered terrace is accessed via a staircase to the spacious pool area with sun loungers, children's corner and outdoor shower.
Of course, the house has an outdoor barbecue, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Surroundings:
In just three minutes walk to the community area. This has a separate children's pool, a normal pool, soccer field and tennis court.
The historic town of Salobrena (by car about 5 min. Away) with its quaint Tappasbars, very good restaurants, boutiques and the long beach invites you to linger. Of course there are also some supermarkets, among others in Salobrena Lidl.
Other destinations are Motril (beach and shopping) about 10 km, Granada (Alhambra and city) about 60 km, Nerja (caves and Balcon d'Europe) about 30 km, the vast hiking area La Alpujarra about 30 km and the Sierra Nevada to take the opportunity in the Winter Ski 90km.
Airports are in Malaga about 80 km, about 160 km Almeria or Granada about 70 km.
