Este apartamento de luxo está localizado no coração da área de Isla Verde, em frente ao San Juan Hotel & Intercontinental Hotel. O apartamento é muito grande com 700 pés quadrados de espaço e tem plena A / C. Tem uma cozinha totalmente equipada, um quarto grande com uma cama queen size e TV de tela plana Dois com tv a cabo e internet sem fio. Também tem uma casa de banho completa, sala de jantar e sala de estar, com incrível varanda com uma bela vista para o mar. O apartamento também dispõe de estacionamento subterrâneo, ginásio privado, uma bela piscina, e court de ténis. Há restaurantes, hotéis 5 estrelas, casinos, farmácias, shopping todos e curta distâncias acesso à praia dentro de uma área de 1-4 milhas. Não há transporte público, como ônibus, táxis, ou você pode ir a pé até muitos destes locais. Compartilhe praia com El San Juan Hotel and Casino ao lado e visite a noite viu como os moradores vêm para salsa dança e merengue um quarteirão de distância, ou apenas tomar nosso cadeiras de praia sob as palmeiras e ver o mundo passar.

This is my 2nd time staying at this location and I will always come back to this location when visiting PR with my family. Everything about this place is PERFECT! The condo is at a perfect location, near the beach, restaurants and 24/7 supermarket. The condo building itself is always clean and safe with a security guard 24/7. The tenants are so friendly. The condo itself is SUPER CLEAN with all the amenities you need (all kitchen needs to cook, all beach supplies). The pool is so clean and beautiful especially at night with the pool lights turning on.

Carlos is ALWAYS available prior to your reservations, during your stay, and even after your departure. I can honestly say I have gained a wonderful friend.

Lovely apartment. Amazing view

I decided to take a few days off and visit the island. Looking for a place to stay I can across this one. Best decision. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything thing you might need . It has security and parking space . Location is excellent. Hotels, car rentals, grocery stores, and restaurants are all walking distance away. The beach is only across the street . I had a wonderful time.

Definitely will come back.

First off I'd like to state that even at 5 stars this place is underrated. The location far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so nice and helpful with any and everything that was needed. Great view from balcony and a very short walk from the beach with great surroundings. Within walking distance of fast food, car rental place, fine dining, casino, beach, local grocery store, Walgreens, and even a souvenir shop. Loved the pool on site, very family friendly. I literally speak no fluent Spanish, but I quickly found out I didn't need to. First trip to Puerto Rico and I could not imagine staying anywhere but here. Did not need to reach out to Carlos personally while on the trip, but he did provide his personal number as well as a welcoming text in case I had any questions or problems. Bottom line, I would give my personal testimony that this is one of the best locations for the price that you will find. We're lucky to have selected this location.

We stayed at this property from 7/1/16 to 7/4/17. The apartment is very well equipped and looks just like the pictures. The apartment has beach chairs, coolers, beach towels,..things you could not travel with but will be very grateful to have . The location is awesome, a few steps from one of the most popular beaches in PR and very close to the airport. Carlos the owner is a text away! He responded to my questions in a matter of minutes.

Noise from the airport is minimal if you close the sliding doors. We loved sitting on the balcony to look at the ocean, the airport noise was not an issue for us. The apartment faces another building but it has an ocean view towards the side.

The apartment has parking which is a big plus, parking fees at hotels can be expensive. There is a $75 cleaning fee which was not included in the vrbo estimate but the cost per night was still lower than the hotels on the area.

The building is a little dated but well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would go back!

FYI - We were two people total. The place was just what we needed.

We never got to meet Carlos face to face, but he was helpful throughout our entire visit. He was quick to reserve our week and email us with answers to our questions.

We had an issue with the building for the duration of our stay, but when we told Carlos, he was apologetic, sweet and made things right immediately.

The unit itself has everything you’ll need - fully stocked kitchen: both glass and plastic wine glasses, things you expect like a toaster and blender, but some things you wouldn't like a rice cooker and espresso machine.

Grocery is walkable. BTW, we bought drinking water, but after we ran out, we drank the tap. It was absolutely fine to drink.

Restaurants, beaches and highways are very close. When we went out to dinner, we walked to close places like Lupi’s and a gelato place, but also walked to higher end places like Ceviche House. It all depends on your abilities.

The beach across the street made for some awesome pre-dinner walks.

You’d think the airport being so close would be annoying, but it was really very helpful. The planes did not bother us one bit.

Great balcony (sun shines on it in the AM), A/C, fans, tons of pillows and comfortable sofas, etc.

Dining table chairs are super cushy. Nice!

The best perk was the beach chairs (4) and coolers.

We rented a car which made adventure easy. Lots of great public beach trips (not near the condo) and hiking made the cooler and chairs a must.

Great neighbors in the building and friendly enough security staff.

Car gate device is great - top button to enter. Bottom button to exit.

Oh, one knock - wish there were more hooks, rods for drying towels and bathing suits. It didn’t seem smart to put them on the balcony (12th floor and strong, warm winds).
