The apartments have been ecologically renovated with clay walls and hemp insulation. The mill room is a museum and at the same time a common room for celebrations with up to 50 people. There is also a common room for 24 people with a fireplace and television. The apartment is not suitable for groups. With a diameter of six meters, the water wheel is the largest in northern Germany.
