Experience Laguna Beach the right way in this beautiful Mediterranean Villa Located in South Laguna Beach. Two minute walk to the sand of West Street Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Laguna!

Grocery store, CVS pharmacy, restaurants, yoga studio, nail salon, cleaners and coffee shop all within a one minute drive from the home. Very convenient to get all you need. Five star Montage Resort across...You can walk from the Villa on the beach if you like to have a nice stroll, breakfast or lunch. Walk to The Ranch, golf course too for a wonderful experience and views of the Canyon. Amazing setting.

The hospital of Laguna Beach is located just a few blocks south of the Villa also the Urgent Sea Side Care.

This amazing location has it all! Free Trolley stop is only a few minutes walking from the house. You can take it to the village area or down town to have a nice lunch, dinner or just to explore more of Laguna.

Walk to get a margarita and one of their famous Fish tacos at Coyote Grill or have a nice lunch or dinner at Neapolitan Restaurant. Amazing handcrafted pizza, salads and beers. That and more at walking distance.

This House has it all! 2600 Square Feet Home. The home has stairs to main living level (Main level, kitchen, dinning room, living room and Media room are all in one level two steps to a full bathroom. Master bedroom and Second master are within a few steps down.

Huge comfortable Master bedroom with a California King Bed and Fireplace as well as an attached master bath with a luxurious whirlpool Tub, Steam bath and dual sinks. The doors open to a comfortable ocean view Lanai.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath and opens to a beautiful tree covered deck with a cozy sitting area.
*This home is amazing you feel like you are in some villa in Italy or Spain. Beautiful grounds through out. Secret spots to sit and read or just relax..

The Media room is a comfortable sitting room with a brand new Queen sleeper sofa. TV with surround sound. Perfect to watch movies after a long day at the beach!

Enjoy the warmth and comfort of the fireplace in the Living room as you lounge in the large velvet chairs and couch!

The Chefs Kitchen has a 'Sub Zero' fridge, Cozy yet roomy eating area and offers everything you need to create your culinary wonders.

Open and elegant Dining room with French doors through out with views of the garden and fountains.

Go down to the back yard and relax on the hammock or make a wish to the Wishing Well!!

Beautiful Hiking trails within minutes from the house with breathtaking ocean views and nature!

This House has so many amazing areas to sit, relax, have a cup of coffee or tea and re-discover yourself and your family!!

Was a nice place, beautiful view but was unaware of the stairs to get into it.

Well you don’t see all the stairs that are there in the vrbo pictures and then my father had a stroke and I notified owner before the date of our stay and stated there were to many stairs but Was pretty much told that a block was on that time and she’d try to find someone to rent to, but that never happened. I notified her that my dad had passed away and still nothing from her as to getting it rented out, maybe the 2nd month get a refund??? nope. We did end up staying the last two weeks of our two months. We found it was infested with termites and to top it off after talking to VRBO she is the only one that has the ability to remove the blocked time. Was so upset hearing that. She did offer another place that was so dark and again stairs. It’s was a lot of money to not be able to use for the 2 months. Not enough details on how things worked. She states 3br but only has 2 and the 2nd bedroom has a tv but no where to plug in, no plugs even attached to it, no lights in that room or a place to plug lamps into. The bathroom and closet were the only working lights for that room. Very disappointed. She called me stating that we not wear our outside shoes inside so I bought us all new slippers only to see how dirty the floors were. I actually had to stop myself from trying to clean them to get them back to a nice looking wood floor but trust me the areas I did do look better than they did when we arrived.

Beautiful views... but disappointed

We stayed at this property for the month of November. The master bed was very cozy, though we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the home. First off we were not aware that a cat lived in the home prior to our arrival, which ended up being a month long issue for my husband who is very allergic. The owner pointed out this is a romantic, rustic and historic property in Laguna Beach. That does not mean the dishes in the cupboards or door jams should be greasy, dirty or carpets stained and the appliances outdated. Also, there should have been more complete instructions (Key situation, how to work the Televisions, fire escape plan, etc.) We are frequent travelers and use VRBO worldwide. To date, this is our biggest disappointment. With the amount paid for this property we expected much more.

Beautiful home by the sea

My family and I stayed at carmen's home for a Laguna getaway. Carmen is a fantastic host and responds readily to any inquiry. Her home was immaculate and more grand and spacious than the pictures can even show. Her landscaping and fountains and the views call you outside throughout the day and night. My teenagers used the free trolley to get around and we were at the beach everyday. I went on morning hikes in the canyon, walking distance from the house. Restaurants are close by and there's a Gelsons a mile and a half away. This home is at the top of the list of the air bnb's we have ever stayed at.
