Our Condo:
• Located in the highly upgraded phase 2, Cordoba GROUND FLOOR, 1900 Sq Ft plus 799 Sq Ft of patio space.
• Our condo was toured by AAA representatives and Las Palomas management and both stated seeing this unit was a deciding factor in awarding the 4 Diamond Rating to the resort years ago.
• PASSPORTS or PASSPORT Cards ARE REQUIRED For Anyone over 15 years of age.
NO refunds for any Holiday dates that include Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years Eve.
Condo features:
• A 75' wall mounted Smart TV in the Family Room, Yamaha Bluetooth sound bar and sub-woofer.
• All bedrooms offer large wall mounted Smart TV's.
• High Speed Internet, Laptop Computer (yes, we include one), free Wi-Fi for your own laptop and digital WALL SAFE big enough for a laptop.
• 2 large bedrooms, one with a king, one with a queen/king bunk, and a new 3rd “free Bonus bunk room offering a twin/full bunk.
• There is additional guest sleeping in the great room, but we have removed the always uncomfortable sleeper sofa with a sectional and 60" ottoman that creates a sleeping area 96" long x 60" wide. You will find extra blankets, sheets, and pillows in the master closet.
• HUGE patio over 700 Sq FT with immediate access to the pools and beach.

Golf:

Our condos include a Resident Golf Membership, which allows our guests to pre-book tee times 30 days in advance and receive a discounted rate off the regular rates. Club rental is also available. Current rate for 18 holes and a cart with our membership is only $45 for 18 holes or $25 for 9 holes.

NOTE: OUR RENTAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY REQUIRES THE PERSON WHO CHECKS-IN TO BE AGE 25 OR OLDER. THIS PERSON MUST ALSO STAY FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR VISIT. Amazing!

Second time staying here we absolutely love this place. Recently renovated the owner did a fantastic job decorating and giving it a luxury feel! First floor makes it that much nicer we will be trying to book at this location every time we go to Mexico!

Sweet property!

Overall It was very relaxing. The property was beautiful and the place was very Clean, the maids and ground keepers were very Friendly and Accommodating.check in process I felt was rude we arrived 30 minutes before 4 o'clock check in time and they made us wait to exactly 4 o'clock to check in!????

Very nice condo, great location next to the pool and very short walk to the beach. Our 4th summer visiting Rocky Point and this condo is top tier.

Beautiful very modern.

This is the best condo I've ever stayed in. First floor and right next to the lazy river was the best. So clean and all areas of the condo were up to date. I will definitely be coming back to stay again. I've been to Rocky Point and have stayed at Las Palomas a few times now but I have to say this is on of my favorite condos by far.

In Feb of 2023 we completed a $100,000 remodel adding a 3rd bunk room, all brand-new high-end mattresses, new appliances, new cabinets, 2 beverage refrigerators, and this is now one of the top rentals in all of Sandy Beach. As of 3/1/2023 we have 183 reviews with a perfect 5-star exceptional rating. This ground floor unit is one of the most requested rentals in Rocky Point. You will be sorry if you rent anything else. As a past 11-year representative of the Las Palomas HOA and Tourist Committee (rental operations), I worked side by side with resort management on all hotel operations. We lead by example and our condo is in absolutely one of the most amazing you will find anywhere in Rocky Point. We treat this as a business and personally visit our condo at least once per month. During those trips we maintenance and make improvements on each visit. We offer many high-end custom features that most units do not offer.

We purchased this Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) condo many years ago. We fell in love with Las Palomas & all of the amenities they offer. There is really no need to ever leave the resort! They have several pools, Jacuzzis, swim up pool bars, pool side eateries, on-site restaurants, spa services, work out facility, convention/meeting center, wedding packages, banana boat rides, para-sailing, jet ski rentals, you name it.

This is one of the most requested condos in all of LP. The extended patio only available on Phase 2 ground floors is over 700 SQ FT of added space. We have many past renters that state this is the best condo that have ever rented not only in Las P. but anywhere on Sandy Beach. The custom king/queen bunks are amazing, added 3rd bunk room, entire condo updated, modern, and many ask where we purchased the beds. Location and ease of access to the beach and pools will make you wonder why you ever rented another condo.
