great week!

This was our first time (family of 4 staying the week of Aug 8-15) renting this condo, and our first time to Fort Myers Beach. We loved the condo, pool and lovely beach! The condo was perfect…..spacious, lovely furniture and bedding, awesome beach front view from the living room and lanai, and a very nice well-equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Was so nice to have beach chairs, beach towels and other linens available as needed so you need not bring your own. Beds were very comfy as well. The owners were super nice and efficient in every way possible. We also LOVED the Caper Beach Club location. You can walk to many restaurants, grocery, and Times Square for browsing/shopping. We would definitely recommend this condo for any family of 4 or less, and we would definitely choose to come back ourselves! Great vacation! :)

Great Location, well maintained condo.

Our family of 4 just spent 8 nights at this condo. The view from the Lanai was great and the pool was right outside the unit. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. There were plenty of nice beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. There were plenty of nice heavy bath towels for all to use. The washer and dryer in the unit works great! The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots, pans, and everything you needed to cook a meal. The cookie sheets were even awesome! We loved eating breakfast and lunch on the Lanai watching and listening to the ocean. This was a very quiet condo facility. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds, everything was well maintained. We even used the gas grills to cook out and they were well cleaned everyday by the grounds crew. Everything in the condo was great just like the pictures show and the owners were very easy to work with and the office staff at the condo was nice as well. The only draw back (which wasn't anything major) was my son who is 6'2" said the twin bed was a little short but nothing that would keep us from staying again. We really enjoyed this condo and would not hesitate to book again. This was a perfect quiet location. The pool was well kept and cleaned each morning and it overlooked the ocean and was gated and accessed by a key. We want to Thank the owners for sharing their home away from home with us we truly had a wonderful family vacation.

Great location, quiet, and a well-maintained property!

My family of 4, two young kids, just spend 8 days in this condo. The view was great and the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. The condo was clean and also well-maintained! The lanai was our favorite part. Being able to eat meals and drink our morning coffee there everyday was priceless! The owners are very nice and helpful! The pool was great and maintained every morning! We would definitely visit this location again.

This Condo is Amazing

My husband and I just returned from one of the most relaxing vacations ever! The view is awesome. Unit 613 is very clean and well maintained. Washer and dryer in the unit are a plus. It was nice to have all the items necessary for a fun day at the beach. Enjoyed the gated pool overlooking the white sandy beach. Charley's Boat House Grill is the place to go for a great steak, Doc Ford's for delicious seafood and The Cottage for live music and drinks. Vicki is very nice and can answer any questions you have. I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Easy to work with owners! Fantastic beach, wonderful pool! We couldn't have had a better vacation. Our son and his wife joined us and we all had a perfect vacation. Grocery close by, wonderful restaurants, and seafood markets. Highly recommend this property.

As Advertised and Much More

My wife and I just returned from Caper Beach Club Unit 613 after a week in this fabulous property. We can't say enough about the location,the condo and the owners. We have rented many properties in Southwest Florida and I can say without equivocation this is one of the best. Right on Ft Myers beach, within walking distance of restaurants and a short ride to the local Publix. Everything in the unit is top quality, beach chairs, towels, appliances. Vicki and Paul, the owners are a pleasure to work with. One suggestion, do yourself a huge favor and plan a dinner at the Bayfront Bistro, the food and service is terrific (it is a bit pricy but well worth the cost).
