Casa del Pino Marino / Ostuni

Within walking distance of the whitewashed alleys of the old city of Ostuni, the newly built Casa del Pino Marino is located. As the two Retreats Paradise View Blue & Red is part of an ensemble of a total of 10 apartments. The colored cube-shaped houses are nestled in the beautiful green nature and nestled idyllically on the rocks.

Granted the well about 100 meters long driveway is a bit steep - it was once an historic pilgrimage - but reached the top you will be rewarded with a magnificent view. From the apartment you have a fantastic suggestive view of the fascinating White City, over the olive groves to the sea from its elevated position. Also, the side view from the apartment of the countryside and the pine trees, giving the country its name, is very beautiful.

The Casa del Pino Marino is designed on 2 levels. From the bestuhlten terrace leads directly into the living room. Here are 2 sofas. We offer the object primarily to two people. If a family with children live in the apartment, so can be here to request a sofa comfortably off and can be used as another double bed. Although the open kitchen area itself is not very big, but with all the Important including dishwasher, oven, 4 burner hob, extractor hood and fridge etc.. A TV (flat screen) with satellite connection is available. The atmosphere is friendly, bright and spacious.
A spiral staircase leads upstairs to the bedroom with double bed. Again, the current modern style is continued in the facility. From here you can directly commits the beautiful large apartment terrace, with panoramic views of course.

The bathroom, located in the upper living area is very modern: wall hung WC, bidet, transparent shower, hair dryer.
The attractive apartment is air conditioned, so you can be ideally used both in summer and in the cooler months. A small safe is available.

Optimal Combination with Paradise View Blue or Red. (The other half of the building with yellow facade, next to the Casa del Pino Marino hosts another apartment with the same device, that would, if necessary, of course, also offer a combination). So if you are more couples / families who want to spend your holidays together there, so we may offer this ensemble on request, including more homes.

About 150 steps below is a good hotel. Here you can also spontaneously go out to dinner or take the mood takes a nice aperitivo at the bar or in the summer on the panoramic hotel terrace (see photo).

From here you can make beautiful walks in the winding maze-like streets of the old well preserved companies, visit the cathedral, admire baroque house portals such as craft stores. Moresque White City has plenty of charm. You can visit the various night clubs and bars in the area.
