This 2,100 square foot home is located in the Michaywe development on a cul-de-sac and is surrounded by wooded lots. It has three bedrooms: one upstairs with a king-sized bed and hammock, another one upstairs with a queen-sized bed and one downstairs with a queen-sized bed. There is a loft with a full futon with a bunk on top, another bunk bed, a twin available upon request and a TV/VCR. There are two full baths, a full kitchen and a large great room with a wood fireplace and an entertainment center with a TV/VCR/DVD, large video library and stereo. There is a large deck in back with a charcoal grill and a bonfire pit.
While here, you can enjoy the free amenities of the Michaywe Owners Association, including the clubhouse (restaurant, bar, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pool, spa and sauna), lighted and groomed cross-country ski trails and a private beach with beach house and playground at Opal Lake. Enjoy snowmobiling (rentals available in town) on hundreds of miles of groomed trails accessible right from our front door. Downhill skiing at Boyne Mountain or Tree Tops is under 1/2 hour away. Boating/jet skiing/fishing can be enjoyed from the public launches at Opal Lake and Otsego Lake State Park, plus several other nearby lakes. Michigan's 'Alpine Village' is famous for it's 21 championship-caliber golf courses, as well as it's location in the center of the Michigan Snow Belt.
