Eu amo a nossa casa de férias e eu tomar muito cuidado e orgulho em mantê-lo bem conservado e bem equipados. Um lote de pensamento foi colocado em mesmo o menor dos detalhes. Afinal, se você estiver hospedado por um min. um mês. Então, muitas vezes é a atenção ao detalhe que pode fazer toda a diferença.
Meu condomínio está configurado especificamente para o longo prazo inquilinos e é mais provável que o condomínio mais bem equipada você vai encontrar.
Localizado em um, fechado, Complexo residencial tranquila apenas 3 milhas a oeste da Strip e perto de todas as comodidades e estradas principais. Há até mesmo um supermercado 24 horas a poucos minutos a pé da porta da frente.
A cama King Size tem um colchão confortável e luxuosos 500 folhas, macio da contagem da linha para garantir uma boa noite de sono. Para sua conveniência, existem dois conjuntos de lençóis fornecidos.
Você vai encontrar muita roupa. (oito toalhas de banho / casa de banho), 12 talheres de pratos, fontes, detergentes, facas de boa qualidade, etc. etc.
Desfrute de TV a cabo básicos, Netflix com abundância de DVD para assistir e livros para ler e uma docking station para I-Pod ..
Inclui Livre oi velocidade de internet sem fio e chamadas locais gratuitas. Há televisão por cabo e um leitor de DVD no quarto principal também. No segundo quarto há uma TV (sem cabo) e DVD player.
Hotel Safe & há chaves para se preocupar com um fácil de usar o bloqueio digital.
É fácil de encontrar com direto, fácil acesso para a Strip e do 1-15. Apenas 3 milhas a oeste da faixa & 5. 3 milhas do aeroporto. Um de 24 Hr Albertson Mercearia & Bus Stop fica a apenas alguns minutos a pé. Fechar a Starbucks, The Orleans Casino, Denny & More!

I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals before, but this one is by far the best.
First off: The location is great. Easy to find, close to the strip, airport, major roads (I-15, 215), etc. etc. And best of all, it’s next to a 24 Hr. grocery store and pharmacy. So handy!!!
Secondly:The quality of everything. It really is luxurious. She obviously had the best interest of her guests in mind when she set up this condo. NO household cast offs or cheap items here. And really important, a good, comfortable bed with soft, soft sheets!! The leather couch is very comfy too.
Thirdly: The complex is beautiful. It’s a quiet, residential complex, not a timeshare! No line ups to check in and out, no people in hallways talking and closing doors. No dragging luggage around. Just pull up and start enjoying! There’s even a single car garage.
The items the one reviewer mentioned, must have been addressed as the complex seemed to be well maintained for what I could see. There are even ducks and fish in the water feature that surrounds the pool.
Fourthly: There’s Colette. How nice to deal with an owner who actually cares about her condo and her guests.
The attention to detail she’s put into her condo is amazing. Anything you can think of, she has it! So many nice small items that I have never seen in a rental before.
It was very clean and well maintained. How nice to have so many towels, dishes, detergents and even a 2nd set of sheets.
Thank-you Colette for all your hard work and for sharing your wonderful condo with us. We now know why so many of your renters return year after year. Can’t wait to come back!
A wonderful condo in a great location. Quiet but only two miles away from the strip. We felt like we were at home!
I was given Colette’s name from a friend of a friend and boy am I glad I was able to rent this condo. With all the travelling I do for work, I stay in many vacation rentals and this one is top shelf. From now on all other rentals will be compared to hers.
When my girlfriend came to visit, she didn’t want to leave, she said she could easily move in.
So, let’s break it down.
First there’s the condo: Yes, it is luxurious. The first thing you’ll say when you walk in is, WOW! Nice furniture and really nice decor. Nice dishes and linens (lots of them) etc. etc. What no one has talked about in her other reviews is the massive pantry! Lots of room for everything and it’s so neatly laid out and organized. Really nice for a neat freak like myself. I didn’t do much cooking, but there is “everything” you could possibly need there. I’ve never seen a place so well equipped!
Then there’s the complex: The place is so peaceful and quiet. Surprisingly virtually no traffic noise and no loud barking dogs. Lots of grass, trees, water features and manicured shrubs. Some water features were drained and being worked on. Most mornings I would take a nice, relaxing, short stroll thru the complex. Seemed there were always people working on the grounds.There’s a moat like feature that surrounds the pool area which is stocked with a lot of gold fish and often there were ducks. Pretty Cool. Who expects that in Vegas, especially so close to the strip!!!
Then there’s the location: You just can’t beat it! So close to everything! The strip, the I-15, the 215, plus it’s not that far from the airport. Just outside the complex there’s a strip mall with a large 24 hr grocery store, a pharmacy, etc, etc. Across the street is another centre. Try The Black Bear Diner there.
Lastly, there’s Colette. (sorry to leave you for last Colette) Usually I never hear from the owner. Not so with Colette. She made sure I arrived and was settled in and was always available if I had any questions. Nice!!! Thank you Colette.
If I ever have to come back to Vegas, I’lll be crushed if her place isn’t available. She’s spoiled me forever!!!
P.S. If you ever want to sell your amazingly comfortable leather sectional, give me call!
We stayed for a whole month and can't say enough about the townhouse. It was better than described.
The location is ideal because there are grocery stores, gas stations, a pharmacy store and eateries all within walking distance (three minutes) or car ride (one minute) from the rental. How convenient!
The unit itself was well-maintained and all linens/towels are very luxurious. Rental has all necessary appliances for cooking and kitchen is well stocked with all pot an pans, dishes, utensils and cutlery. Just bring your suitcase!!
Dealing with Colette was a pleasure. We had a small problem that needed attention and after emailing her, her handyman showed up on the same day to take care of it!! Such service and concern for the renters!!
We enjoyed staying at Colette's vacation rental and will definitely rent from her again. We highly recommend anyone to
rent this 5-star townhouse.
Condo was lovely. Rooms were clean and comfy. Place was quiet and peaceful.
Close to bus stop and grocery store. Found with Medicare card the bus fare was one dollar.
Close to strip and at Orleans casino ,which is about a mile from condo, there was a shuttle to the strip
Also Orleans has specials for seniors on Wednesday if you play there.
It was nice and I would rent again.
The pool and spa was nice. Was not used much except for us.
Did not have a car. So used bus and Uber which worked out great
Would have been nice to have extra key as often we needed to get out at different times.

There is very little additional praise we can add to the previous reviews. Superb location, exceptionally comfortable, caring landlords. This is our fifth winter in Vegas and nothing compares to our experience in this condo.
