Classic cottage with alcove in the living area, 3 rooms and a sauna in the bathroom. Good terraces let you enjoy the sun to the fullest here. Havnsø is a small town with a fishing and marina and ferry connections to Sejerø and Nekselø. From Havnsø you also have a view of the sunset over Nekselø. Sejerø has a wealth of nature, burial mounds and a church with paintings on lime. On Nekselø there are 2 hiking trails that take you through a beautiful bird sanctuary and a landscape created by the ice age glaciers. Near the house there are 2 bird reserves and the coastal heath of Vesterlyng with rare flora. Here you can fish from the shore. From Havnsø you can take the cutter out to sea. There are also castles and manor houses in the area, including Dragsholm Castle with the dungeon of Jarlen of Bothwells and the walled-in woman. You might also visit the pretty medieval town of Kalundborg with its narrow cobbled streets and beautiful half-timbered houses. Go shopping and visit one of the many inviting restaurants or admire Vor Frue Church, the only church in Denmark with 5 towers.
