Only a few meters from the Baltic Sea, directly at the sailing and sports boat harbor 'Port Olpenitz' lies the lagoon-like peninsula south of the mouth of the Schleim. A small private beach belongs to the houses. It is also not far to the kilometer-long sandy beach, supervised by the DLRG, down to Schönhagen.

The houses are equipped to a high standard: downstairs is the combined, open living and dining area. On the 1st floor, in addition to the two bedrooms, you will also find the bathroom, where a large corner bathtub equipped with massage jets invites you to spend relaxing hours. As a special highlight, your own sauna (with window) awaits you on the top floor, right next to the large roof terrace!
Is there anything nicer than loosening up your tired muscles in the sauna after a long day at the seaside, while letting your eyes wander over the water? For your comfort, by the way, there is a separate shower right next to the sauna.

On the upper floor there is also a living area - the so-called studio - with large panoramic windows. Here is also the cozy, Scandinavian fireplace, so you can enjoy the view in winter in front of the crackling fire.

In clear weather you can see from the Kiel Fjord over the Danish island Ærø to the Schlei. Each corner house has a unique view - whether of the sunrise over the Baltic Sea or the sunset over the beautiful Baltic Sea fjord Schlei.

With this ingenious so-called quadruple construction four houses stand together in each case at the corners. Through this you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view from each house and have plenty of privacy on your terrace. With a living area of 93 m², the light-flooded houses offer space for 4 people on 3 floors; two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa beds on the ground floor and upper floor if required.

Thanks to the flexible daily price system, offers can be found for all budgets and vacation types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or time out in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic beaches offer especially much space and it becomes all the more cozy in the vacation home.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with all comforts (dishwasher, microwave) and a utility room where the washing machine can be placed. The bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating. In addition to the fully equipped bathroom on the 1st floor, there is a guest toilet on the first floor and the separate shower in the sauna area.

The new vacation home area is currently being built on the former naval area in Port Olpenitz on more than 150 hectares, embedded in nature. Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.
