Lovely Property - shame about the communication
Our group of 6 were well accommodated in the property, it is spacious, light, comfortable with plenty of outdoor space and lovely views across the bay. However the communication in the lead up to the our stay and during was poor. I was unimpressed with being notified 24hrs prior to arrival that on top of the cleaning fee, power costs and tourist tax there would also be a further 100 euro deposit required (ALL to be paid in cash) and none of my emails to the Novosol were responded to prior to my visit other than a generic response generally sent in the wrong language!. 12hours after arrival one of our party found themselves locked in the downstairs bathroom due to a faulty lock - thankfully we were eventually able to open the door (the downstair bathroom does not have any external windows) - when reported and after being scrutinised as to the faulty lock ("this has never happened before") somebody came unannounced whilst we were out for the day and removed the entire handle, failed to replace it and for the remainder of the holiday there was a gaping hole in the door and the bathroom could not be used due to a lack of privacy - (it opens directly onto the main living space. Therefore a disappointing lack of customer/client service or concern that just leaves that bitter taste in the mouth.
