Venha desfrutar deste ensolarado nível do solo condomínio, a apenas uma quadra da rua principal de Frisco, mas ainda aninhado nas árvores sobre Ten Mile Creek. Esta é mais uma segunda casa que eu gostaria de compartilhar do que um aluguel. Ele está bem equipado com muitos extras, como arte originais, mobiliário e acessórios que você encontraria em sua casa não um aluguel.
A unidade é uma curta distância de trilhas de bicicleta, Lake Dillon e uma pequena unidade para seis das Estâncias de esqui do Colorado. Existe um serviço de shuttle gratuito que pega na rua principal perto do complexo que atende a maioria dos resorts. Relaxe e balançar na rede situado entre os pinheiros ou desfrutar das lojas, restaurantes e quatro estações de atividades ao ar livre.
O quarto principal tem uma cama king-size com banheira de hidromassagem, TV tela plana com DVD player, leitor de I-pod, CD player e umidificador. Você pode ser tentado a nunca mais sair. O segundo quarto tem uma rainha com leitor de CD TV / DVD player e um umidificador.
As janelas originais permite que a luz incrível com privacidade através da unidade. Há também uma máquina de lavar e secar roupa no condomínio.
A sala tem dois sofás (um é uma cama queen-size) uma cadeira de balanço rústico, TV com som surround, eu tenho desde a Wii que permite o acesso ao Netflix, bem como alguns jogos de vídeo. Há um violão para quem pode jogar ou está tentando aprender.
A cozinha tem uma máquina de lavar louça, microondas e todos os aparelhos que você precisa - de um lanche rápido para uma experiência gastronómica. A sala de estar, sala de jantar, cozinha e tem belas vistas da Ten Mile Creek e os sons relaxantes tecer há magia através deles.
Este condomínio é o mais próximo ao riacho no complexo, bem como o clube, onde uma banheira de hidromassagem relaxante vai cumprimentá-lo. Há também uma sala de ginástica com sauna, bem como outras comodidades disponíveis para você.
This is a lovely property stocked with everything you could possible want. We loved the location for skiing at Copper. The beds are all very comfortable. The sofa bed needed cleaning underneath, but otherwise very well maintained.
Here's the problem: we were awoken in the middle of the night to the terrifying sound of an explosion. A massive block of ice (about 18 x 12 inches) had fallen 2-3 floors, crashing through the skylight over the master bedroom bathtub, shattering glass all over the tub area and into the bedroom. A person in the tub would have been killed. We later learned this had happened in the other bedroom and at two other condos in the same property over the last couple years. We were up for over an hour, clearing ice, snow, and glass from the edges of the tub (trying to protect the walls and wood for the owner) and picking up glass in the bedroom and bed. We were left with a hole in the ceiling for the night. Before going back to bed at 3:00 a.m., we sent the owner photos and an email explaining what happened and asking that he have someone clean it up after 7:00, as we were hoping to get a bit more sleep before our first day skiing. For the next hours, we awoke on and off as snow and ice melted through the hole, dripping into the tub, and bits of glass fell into the tub. At 6:30, I awoke frightened to find a man sticking his head through the hole in the ceiling. I yelled at him to get out. Turns out he was the maintenance guy, showing up early. He cleaned up the glass from the outside and put a board over the hole. I checked email and found the owner, Bobby, had written us a short message saying he'd have it cleaned up. There was no "I am so sorry! This is terrible" which surprised us. I would have been horrified if this had happened at my property. Bobby called in the morning and then did show the appropriate sympathy and apologies for what happened. It was a terrifying experience that left us jumpy for days and put a serious dent into our first day of skiing.
For those considering staying here, a few suggestions: if coming in the spring, summer or fall, no worries. Have a great trip. It's a beautiful place. If coming during the winter, do not use the tub in the Master bedroom and do not use the guest bedroom, as the bed is right below the skylight and therefore in a dangerous position. Overall, I found Bobby a nice man. This is not about him but about safety.
the owner was very responsive to inquiries. the location of the place was great...walked everywhere in town. the layout and TV/Media combo was very cool, a great place to stay and ski...Would def do it again!
Thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at your condo in Frisco, Colorado this past August. The 1st floor unit was great for easy loading and unloading, as well as, multiple trips to the creek, just steps outside the back door. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The Sonos sound system, big screen TV, and BBQ pit were wonderful, too.
We look forward to returning again.
We have stayed in this unit on 6 separate occasions dating back to 2005. The location is great. Unfortunately, the unit is showing its age and is no longer the gem it once was. We have experienced consecutive visits in which the hot tub was not functioning. Additionally, instead of replacing the master bedroom mattress, the owner elected to go with an inappropriately sized and quite uncomfortable mattress topper. Lastly, the refrigerator freezer door does not open all the way - it is impossible to pull out the ice bin. We will be looking for a more updated and better maintained alternative for future visits.
This was a great place to stay with our dog. The condo is an easy walk to downtown Frisco. The 2 designated parking spots were great. It is well appointed and comfortable. We will certainly try to rent it next time we are in Frisco.
The property is clean, well appointed, conveniently located to all activities. This is our second time at Bobby's condo and we will be back.
