Esta localização é muito central. Fácil de chegar a todas as áreas de metro Phoenix. Light Rail 6 blocos, pode montar a Tempe, Mesa, Downtown Phoenix.

Minhas taxas são muito razoáveis, eu quero que as pessoas que vai cuidar dele .mais, esta é uma casa antiga, construída na década de 50 em um bairro mais antigo não extravagante, mas bem conservados. Esta casa foi parcialmente reformado, mas tem algumas características antigas, como pequenas casas de banho, tem um jack completo e Jill entre 2 quartos e um outro pequeno banheiro com chuveiro. Ele ainda poderia usar um pouco mais de remodelação, mas é bonito, agradável e confortável. Se você está procurando o 'perfeito' tudo em casa não é isso !!!. Ele tem um grande quintal, com churrasqueira e piscina impressionante. Há também um apartamento no final da casa, tem uma entrada separada, mas lavadora e secadora são compartilhados, o que é fora do pátio de volta. Steve e Jeannie viver em apt no final da casa Steve é o zelador, se você tem problemas de deixá-lo saber.
Eles são tranquilos e você não vai ver muito deles. Eles têm um cão de porte médio em seu quintal em
o extremo oeste da casa. Ele é amigável e tranquila.

Há Wi FI, cabo e Netflicks. Há TVs em todos os quartos, não extravagante, mas lá. Há um 46 em TV de tela plana em LR.
Just returned from 7 days at this cosy house-nicely decorated and well kept-backyard and pool a nice treat-very quiet area-only 10 minutes from downtown-many resturants only 5 minutes away-enjoyed our time there would recommend for any adult get away
Barb is very easy to work with. When we arrived all was as described. Easy to find, very convient area. We were able to get food delivery and uber to get around!
We had a very nice 2 week stay in this home. It is very well laid out and the area is very quiet. Barb was awesome to work with. A few minor things came up and they were dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction. Caretaker Jeannie is super nice and always willing to accommodate. Would highly recommend and we will be back.
Stayed at Barb's house for the month of March 2016 and travelled with our pets. The house is very well located and you can walk to many restaurant on Camelback, or to grocery store and Starbuck coffee place. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The house has a very homey feeling to it. It not does have the latest décor but we felt right at home. The layout is perfect with bedrooms in the front and kitchen/living room in the back in full view of the pool. The pool was kind of cold, but we knew that (as it is not heated). The backyard was fabulous with orange and grapefruit trees. We ate them daily!!! Our pets loved the backyard and it was fully secured and enclosed. There is a BBQ on site with dining room table on the lanai, along with a small couch and chairs, plus couple of loungers by the pool. The caretaker (Jeannie and Steve) lives on the property as well, but we rarely saw them and they kept the place in great shape. We had full access to washer and dryer and use the Umbrella Clothes Line outside to get that fresh outdoor smell There is a big screen TV with Netflix already part of it. No need to login into your own account, just click and watch many series/movie. There is also a BlueRay player. The beds were extremely comfortable (and so were the pillows). The AC was working great but it is always cooler at night, so we did not use it as much. Lots of golf courses within 20 minutes drive where we played 3-4 times a week. Otherwise we just spent time reading by the pool. A very relaxing holiday month. We would definitely return. Thank you Barb!
This was the perfect residence for my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandchildren aged 10 and 12.
The house is nicely decorated and has a very cozy, home-like atmosphere. The pool was beautiful but unfortunately my grandchildren did not venture in - it was March when we visited.
Some attractions that we would recommend for others are: the Renaissance fair, the Children's Science Museum, The Botanical Gardens, the town of Jerome, the Mesa Swap Meet.
We ate meals at home but also dined out. There is an Applebee's Restaurant not far away that we ate at more than once. We also ferreted out a Cracker Barrel just because we enjoy their restaurant. There is a Fry's Supermarket within walking distance and it carries everything you could want.
We flew into Phoenix and then took the Super Shuttle to the house before renting a car. I recommend the Super Shuttle - it is very affordable and it can be arranged ahead of time on line. With our trusty GPS we were able to navigate our way around Phoenix and found several places to shop.
It was nice to know that Steve was there if we needed him for anything although he was very unobtrusive. He kept the pool and the yard in excellent shape.
I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is thinking of renting it.
We stayed here from Feb.15th to March 16th, 2014, and thoroughly enjoyed it! Being crazy Canucks we swam in the pool almost every day (nicely maintained by Steve, the caretaker), and it really didn't matter that the pool wasn't heated because it was unusually warm for Feb/March and the cool crisp water was a relief to dive into. The house was central to everything - ball games, golf, excursions to various towns in AZ, restaurants (loved Harley's Italian within walking distance), and groceries, etc. Although the neighbourhood seemed slightly sketchy at first (due to the odd uncared for home) we soon realized it was quiet and safe, and people were friendly. A nice bonus was the Grand Canal, a waterway running behind the fenced pool, so no neighbours right behind you, and a nice spot for a quick walk in the evenings. Appreciated the good water pressure in the bathrooms (not the case in other rentals), the house was clean and well equipped (coffee, cooking essentials, laundry soap, great BBQ, little stereo unit for my iPod, Netflix, wifi, etc.). Barb was great to deal with, and for sure we would go back - we didn't want to leave!
