Our vacation rental furnishings are Adirondack 'LODGE', casual but comfortable and sleeps up to 4 people. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, and desk. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin bed and dresser. The living room has a full sofa as well as an over-sized chair. There is a 26' color/cable TV. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, all cooking utensils and appliances. There is a full bathroom with shower.
Quoted rates are for a 'housekeeping unit' meaning that there is no daily maid service. Linens, bath and dish towels are not provided and are the responsibility of the guest. Plenty of pillows and blankets are supplied. Should you prefer to have all bed linens, bath and dish towels provided, a one time $130.00 fee will be charged. Beach towels are not provided. No towels are to be removed from the premises.
There is a screened-in porch for relaxing outdoors.
There is no smoking in the building or on the premises.
There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles. No RV parking is allowed.
