There is no street parking allowed, the Delavan Lake Home can accommodate at least 16 vehicles, no problem! All of the rooms including the bedrooms are very spacious sleeping 18 people comfortably. Our typical guests are 3-4 family’s together. We have many grandparents who love staying here with their children, children’s spouses and grandchildren all under the same roof!!

This stunningly decorated and spacious lake house is 3,500 square feet and is on Delavan Lake! It is a private waterfront home on the north shores of spectacular Lake Delavan. It is located 15 minutes away from Lake Geneva - 'the next lake over”.

It has 5 very large bedrooms that include 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 4 full beds and bunk beds (2 twins). There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor which is perfect for those who have a hard time with stairs! One with a king bed right next to the main level full bathroom and the other with a queen bed that has it's own full bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom that has 4 full beds, another bedroom that has a queen bed and a bunk bed (2 twins) and the final bedroom that has a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom. The 4th full bathroom is in the lower level. There is a gorgeous and modern newly remodeled oversized kitchen and dining room, family room, sun room with sitting area and a dining area, laundry room and mud room. The home has a lovely wrap around deck that overlooks beautiful Lake Delavan. The deck has 2 gorgeous umbrella table sets with 8 chairs at each and two lounge chairs.

There is a lower covered patio area with 6 Adirondack chairs and an over sized picnic table that would seat 8 easily. Right near the patio area is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs. You will have your very own private pier to fish from, swim from or simply pull your boat up to. Includes everything you need: linens, washing machine and dryer, gas grill, full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, hand mixer, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, can opener, wine opener etc...etc.

This home truly offers every amenity! The landscape includes many, various perennials, ornamental grasses and mature trees. It is lovely to sit on the deck or lower patio having the morning coffee, lunch or dinner while the boats with tubers, water skiers and sail boats are passing by. It's almost as if they are putting on a show just for you!

Another wonderful feature is the walking path along the lake. It is directly in front of the beautiful homes. You can step right onto it from the lake side of the home and go for a walk along the lake.

No worries if there is a rainy day or if you are staying on Delavan Lake during the cooler months! Just drive right over to Lake Lawn Resort which is less than 3 minutes away and take advantage of their beautiful pool, hot tub and sauna! In the summer the outdoor pools are included too! The Sunday through Thursday, day pass is about $7 per day and Friday through Saturday, day pass is $10 per day (pricing and schedule is subject to change). They also have the Frontier Restaurant and Look Out Bar to socialize or dine in while you and your family are visiting!

For added convenience there is a Super Wal-Mart, Piggly Wiggly, Kohls and many other stores within a 3 minute drive. The historic Inn Between Bar and Grill offering a variety of Craft Beers and delicious sandwiches all while enjoying the lake views is only a couple of minutes walk from the house! In addition, a couple of other restaurants and pub grub eateries are under a 5 minute walk too.

ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS IN LAKE DELAVAN WISCONSIN
Delavan Lake area exhibits exciting water sports such as boating, water skiing, tubing, wave runners and sailing. Boats and wave runners can be rented on the lake. If you get hungry or need gas while out boating there is a gas pump and restaurants on the lake. Casual and fine dining restaurants are easily accessible by boat.

All you have to do is pull your boat up to their pier and park your boat if you so desire. However if you prefer to drive your car they are within minutes of the home. Delavan's 2,000-acre spring-fed lake is one of the finest fishing locations in Wisconsin. The total shoreline stands at 14.2 miles and the lakes maximum depth at 56.7 feet. Other favorites include horseback riding, swimming, golfing, parks and spas.

The lake features a public beach with a park, picnic areas and boat launch. Down Town Delavan is charming with its coble stone streets, many restaurants, unique shops and antique stores. During the cold weather snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice fishing and ice skating are the flavor. Lake Geneva is only 15 minutes away.
