WARM HICKORY AMBER FLOORING INSTALLED, NO DIRTY CARPETS ! ALSO, RESORT QUALITY QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA and in living room, TV installed at comfortable level, it is NOT installed over fireplace (this tends to overheat and is to high for comfortable viewing) KING BED with mountain themed beddng, recent renovations for ski season, slate entry, ceiling fans, wind towers and more new additions for your comfort!

Our second home is a two bedroom unit, that sleeps 6 to 8 people. Our unit is on the 4th floor with 1140 square feet, sleeps 6 comfortably and can sleep up to 8, decorated mountain rustic, THIS IS ONE OF THE LARGEST 2 BEDROOM UNITS IN RIVER RUN!

You can see the front ski slope easily while in unit, you wake up in the AM and the first thing you see is fresh snow on the mountain! Red Hawk is so close that it is a snap to get to the Gondola in the AM and great to have a nice lunch or let that tired child take a nap in the afternoon. Red Hawk is one of the newer buildings in River Run. Red Hawk Lodge is on the east side of River Run, enjoy the amenities of River Run and relax in the peace of Colorado.

This unit feels cozy and has great views from your bedrooms. The living room has a sleeper sofa and 2 chairs that provides seating in front of the fireplace or watch TV. There is a ceiling fan in living room and wind towers in all bedrooms. Recently installed slate entry way for taking off those snowy shoes while sitting on the bench by the door. There is FREE wireless WI FI. The kitchen has all you need for cooking and opens up to the dining room. The dining room table is huge and seats 8 for your family meals. Our unit has slate floors in the kitchen and all the bathrooms. The unit comes with humidifiers, ceiling fan, wind towers and additional fans if needed. Both bedrooms have armories and large closets. The finishes and furniture in this unit are all mountain rustic, and you will feel right at home in this cozy, comfortable unit. Our unit has wide hallways, a large closet in the hallway and 2 large closets in each bedroom. You will not be living out suitcases in this unit, most River Run units have little to no closet space!

* Both the Master bedroom and the second bedroom have attached full bathrooms.

* Second bedroom could be used as second master, has queen bed, wind tower fan with slope side views and a TV. The second bedroom has a full attached bath.
* There is a third full bathroom off main living/dining room for privacy for all guests.
* The queen size, super comfy Murphy bed folds down easily between the living and dining room.

To insure the best vacation possible, we have secured the services of local property management. They are the best in Summit County and are available for you 24/7. No worries about an absentee owner when you rent our condo. You check in and pick up our keys at a local, manned office. If on the rare occasion something happens, their staff will take care of the problem. This is different from most VRBO rentals. We want for you to have the best experience possible, our management insures a hassle free vacation!
