Ele está localizado a poucos passos da Estação de prefeito Muni que podem levá-lo diretamente ao Pier 39, Warf do pescador, a AT & T Ball Park, o Centro Embarcadero e muitas outras atrações mundialmente famosos.
Decorados com mobiliário pena de Quarto & Board e lençóis macios, este apartamento vai ser o lugar perfeito para comemorar as suas melhores férias.

My first trip to the Bay area in more than a decade could not have gone better. The location was great. Conveniently located within walking distance of many points of interest, as well as very close to both train and bus stations, we had no problem getting around the city without a car. The apartment was well decorated, included a full kitchen, and had very comfortable beds.
We were slightly annoyed when we were asked to allow a showing during the middle of our stay. Other than that, the owners were friendly and professional.
Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Bay area for any considerable amount of time. Sure beats a hotel.
L'appartement est situé dans le quartier de Castro qui est assez central hélas le logement est vieillot et peu entretenu. Les propriètaires sont trés "business" et ne se soucis guère du bien-être de leurs locataires. Un exemple, l'alarme incendie s'est déclenchée et le propriétaire a mis 36h à se déplacer pour venir l'arrêter !
We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this spot to anyone. We had a party of 5 and fit very comfortably. There is a convenient store across the street and many shops and restaurants within a few blocks, as well as close access to public transportation. The kitchen and bathroom are beautifully remodeled. The ONLY complaint I have is that there is 1 bathroom which makes showering a bit complicated for 5 adults, but we figured out a good rotation. On a positive note, we never ran out of hot water! The furniture is very comfortable and the dining room table comfortably fits 6. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and there is access to a washer and dryer in the flat (you will need to purchase your own soap). The walls are a bit thin - the building is old (we could hear our neighbor's baby from time to time), but the noise was minimal. Lex is very accommodating and easy to work. He is also very prompt at getting back to you. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future!
Excellent space for family of 3 (mom/dad & 14yr). Light-filled and all the things one could need. Safeway close by on Market and within easy drive to major tourist areas. Great little garage was very helpful as well!
This house was amazing! It is spacious, light, bright, and beautiful!
The bedrooms are large, light, soothing and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable and luxurious, which made it a little bit hard to get out of bed each morning.
The bathroom while small was designed to optimize the space. The heavenly shower provided very hot and steamy water that was essential after a day of walking in the city.
The kitchen has literally anything/everything you could need. While we only used it for breakfast and cocktails if you wanted to cook full meals you can easily do so.
The comfortable living room hosts a fireplace, TV and comfy couch.
What can I say? We left little pieces of our hearts not only in SF but in this lovely little piece of heaven. The owner was delightful and wonderful to work with, infinitely patient.
The Castro is a vibrant, eclectic, beautiful neighborhood. We saw many of the neighborhoods in SF and felt this one was the most lovingly cared for one that we saw. Cabs were plentiful and public transportation was only a few blocks away. We found interesting places to shop and eat in The Castro.
When we visit SF again, and we will, this will be our 1st choice.

We stayed here over the New Year break and the location was hard to beat. A block down from the Castro Muni station, nice quiet and safe neighbourhood. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and living areas well equipped. We all especially appreciated the high speed internet after several disappointments at some hotels we stayed at previously.
There are numerous cafes within walking distance and at least convenience stores within a 3 block radius. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in San Francisco who's intending to use public transport.
