Recently remodeled with granite counters and everything you could possibly need. Absolutely beautiful location. You can watch the sunrise on the back screened in porch over the intercoastal and sunsets across the street on the beach. Once you're there, no need for a car, since you can ride the Anna Maria bus for free. Close to Cortez, so easy to see sites close to Anna Maria in Sarasota/Bradenton area like Ringling museum, etc. lots to see and do in the area. Loved the paved trail across the street ..,great for biking or walking in a shaded area next to the water.
All I can say is wow!! As Georgia neighbors, we have vacationed for decades in the gulf areas of Florida. Anna Maria island is old Florida with class and character. Never have we seen such beautiful waters or beaches! We love that most if not all of the Ami beaches are public, well maintained, clean, and offer nice restroom amenities, playgrounds, picnic areas, grills and most plenty of shadey areas under the pines! Cute shops, fun and affordable and laid back dining! The condo fits into this glorious paradise perfectly!.it has been beautifully remodeled and has absolutely every single item a family will need...fishing gear and tackle, beach chairs, floats, boogie boards, literally bring nothing but your swimsuits and a pair of shorts and tee shirt! The condo building is beautiful and because there are only 15 units, it is quiet and peaceful( but still fun with the pool and the private dock...next time we r bringing our boat!). Love Ami and conquina moorings!
This property has it all. Nicely updated throughout all of the condo. The kitchen has everything you need and is a joy to cook in. Having two lanais to see a sunrise on the Sarasota Bay side and a sunset on the ocean side is such a treat. The complex is quiet and well maintained. The pool is kept at a refreshing temperature. All the updates in this unit makes it a very special place to stay. Everything is within walking distance. We will be back!
This was our first time to Anna Maria Island. First of all we were extremely happy with the location. Easy access to Cortez bridge, and easy access to shopping/eating/rental facilities on Bridge Street, beautiful views of the bay and sunset over the gulf from the condo, or steps from condo. The accomodation itself was first class. Remodeled kitchen, perfect for cooking/relaxing with family, remodeled bathrooms, two nice bedrooms and an office/den area. We found all space perfect for our family. Plus another bonus for us was the quiet! All tenants were respectful and considerate of each other which meant we got lots of sleep and relaxation. My only reservation? Writing this review! I want to keep it a secret so it's always available for our future bookings!
We have just returned from our trip to Anna Maria Island and already are planning to return. The unit we stayed in was perfectly situated for both beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the two lanais. Everything about the unit was perfect from the cleanliness to the well equipped kitchen, new appliances and furnishings. The location was perfect with many great eating places, some within an easy walk away, nearby golf courses and Coquina Beach just outside the front door. There is a fully functional dock out the back if you are into boating. I enjoyed walking out on the dock seeing fish and even dolphins at times. One of our favorite places to shop and dine, St. Armand's Circle, is only a short drive away along the beaches. This was our third stay in this unit and won't be our last.
I recently stayed at this wonderful condo unit. My son, his girlfriend, and I spent a week here and had a great time. Of all the various places we have rented over the years during our Summer trips to Florida, this one was the nicest. The condo itself was spotless when we arrived. The furnishings were modern and yet comfortable. The living room area had a great view of the bay and early morning sunrises as well as access to the roomy screened lanai overlooking the pool. There was also a convenient back exit from the lanai to a set of stairs leading to the pool area. The kitchen was modern and roomy as well. We never felt cramped at all during our stay as is sometimes the case with rentals. The kitchen had everything you could want to cook and eat in whenever you wanted. We shopped at the nice Publix on the island several times and even had a cook out on the grill one evening. The master bedroom also had access to the lanai and great views. And the master bath was amazingly big with an all glass shower. The den, with a second lanai and view of the ocean, was an added bonus. Because of the unique location of this condo complex you get a view of both the bay and the ocean. The pool area was nice and we almost always had it to ourselves as the condo complex was never crowded. The pool water was always comfortably warm and relaxing. The shaded parking under the complex was also appreciated during the hot days. The pictures do not do this unit justice as it exceeded our expectations. As for Anna Maria Island, we loved it as well. The beach was beautiful with powdery sand, and just a 30 second walk away. There is a nice ice cream and treat shop just down the road. A little further up the road were shopping, restaurants, and a fun mini golf course. We did a lot of nature watching/photography while on the island, seeing a great number of birds including wood storks, spoonbills, great blue and yellow crowned herons, reddish, snowy, and great egrets, gulls, terns, skimmers, willets, turnstones, pelicans, osprey, shrikes, kingbirds, and others. We even watched dolphins swim past on the north end of the island near the piers. Although we did not get to see manatees we were told by the locals that they were there as well. If you are considering this unit I would highly recommend it, and the owner was very helpful and easy to deal with even providing a very thorough guide to the island with recommendation for anything you might need.
