Esta bonita casa de arquitecto concebido está localizado na Keystone Resort, com vista para o rio Snake. A casa é uma milha a partir da área de esqui de Keystone Mountain, e uma meia milha do campo de golfe curso do rio. Os hóspedes têm acesso ilimitado à piscina Soda Springs e complexo banheira de hidromassagem.
Construído de cedro natural, Keekorok tem 2.400 pés quadrados de espaço interior, além de uma garagem fechada. A casa dispõe de uma sala de estar e ao lado de jantar, com tectos 17 pés de altura abobadados pau-brasil, pisos de carvalho, uma lareira e vistas pitorescas da gama rio Snake e Ten Mile Mountain. Há uma plataforma fora da rooom jantar, e uma cozinha moderna. Quatro quartos dormir confortavelmente até 8 pessoas: um quarto principal com uma cama king-size no nível mais baixo, e um segundo quarto no nível mais baixo com uma cama queen-size, além de dois quartos no nível superior - um com uma cama queen-size com vista para o rio, e um quarto de dois andares grande com uma cama queen-size, um casal e uma cama de solteiro. A cozinha dispõe de armários de carvalho. É totalmente equipada, incluindo uma máquina de lavar louça, forno microondas, cafeteira, torradeira, batedeira e outros aparelhos de cozinha variados.
A casa também dispõe de uma sala de serviço com máquina de lavar e secar roupa, trocadores de calor conduzido caldeira e um umidificador para o calor equilibrada.
Um segundo campo de golfe está localizado a uma milha da casa e os estábulos Keystone estão a meia milha da casa. Esqui cross-country, caminhadas, pesca, ciclismo e ténis estão igualmente disponíveis em Keystone - e na cidade mineira vizinha de Montezuma.
esqui adicionais estão disponíveis em Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, e áreas de esqui de Vail - a uma curta distância. Summit County tem um excelente complexo de trilhas na Floresta Nacional de Arapahoe - alguns dos quais também estão disponíveis para mountain bike.

We have lived in Colorado for 8 years and rented numerous mountain properties over the years. By far and away, this was the best rental we have ever stayed in. The house itself is perfectly laid out to allow for a big group dinner and gathering time. The bedrooms are spacious and have ample sleeping room for 9 people in bedrooms alone. I was able to cook dinners for our group with ease as the kitchen had everything I needed in it, plus a very nice professional grade stove/oven. The owner truly cares about the experience your group has, as was evidenced by a welcome call the day we checked-in to ensure we were doing okay.
Overall, this was the most pleasant and relaxing rental experience I have yet to have in the mountains. We will most definitely be back and have already spread the word about the property with friends!
This cabin is very large and can easily fit many people the deck and look out is stunning it is well stocked you really only have to bring food and personal items the kitchen has everything you would need to host a family get together . I hope that maybe one day we can rent in the summer and really see the beautiful creek that runs through the back yard our stay was the end of feburary
The property was exactly as described and expected. The large dining room table and sofa were able to keep everyone keep everyone in the same room for as long as we could stand each other. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a good meal. The house may lack the glamour of some rentals but is definitely built for function.
Location was great and the drive to river run was much closer than anticipated. The river in the back yard provided for a nice relaxing walk.
The whole process of booking and getting into the home was fantastic. Sandy is very responsive and informative which put my mind at ease.
I Definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again.
We just returned from our trip and all I can say is fabulous! Keystone is a beautiful area and the house was PERFECT. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and we're all very comfortable. The kids found a great place to sled in the back yard and 3 of the adults were grateful the slopes were so close! The house was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was stocked of every dish, pan and gadget we needed. We even broke a dish (oops!) and the owner was more than accommodating. We hope to make this a tradition and can only hope Mrs. Barken has space for us! Thanks for the great memories!
We had a group from work meet here for a long weekend, and the house definitely exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent - on the road to the west pay lot for keystone, and close to the shuttle route if you don't feel like driving. The house itself is excellent, with plenty of room for the 7 of us. The pictures of the house do not do it justice - the interior of the house is wonderful as was the view from the back.
This property was perfect! Slept 8 comfortably, all the amenities were clean and accommodating. Ski Resort just down the street and anything you need within a few miles. Joel and Sandy have it all laid out for your vacation. Great information and advice in their instructions about where to buy groceries, local restaurants, entertainment, savings on skiing, etc. We look forward to staying much longer next year!! Keystone is a beautiful town and this home is very comfortable.
