Great place, excellent location

On arrival, Patti had provided some fresh fruit and bottles of water - very welcome. The condo is well appointed with comfortable beds and good furniture, The layout is functional and the kitchen has all that you need.

Washing machine and dryer work well and are easy to use (take a moment to read the simple instructions).

The location is excellent - we walked to the base of PCMR each day, taking about 5 minutes. You can also take the free shuttle bus, the bus stop is right outside on Empire Ave. Walking into Main Street Park City is also easy, about 10-15 minutes. You can also take the free shuttle bus, again the bus stop is close by on Park Ave. This bus runs around every 8 minutes most of the day.

The Condo complex has a hot tub and pool, very welcome at the end of the day. There was a problem with the hot tub on a couple of days, and Patti was able to arrange for us to use a hot tub at another complex - very helpful.

Great location, very helpful and friendly owner, a wonderful place to stay in Park City.

Beautiful Condo and CONVENIENT

Great condo and conveniently located to just about everything! My small group had a wonderful time attending Sundance, and we were fortunate enough to be able to rent this fantastic place. If you're looking for a nice, warm place to stay for Sundance or anything else in Park City, this is the place to go!

Patti was the most wonderful

Hostess we've ever encountered and we've been skiing out west for 13 years. I've never even written a review before, that's how amazing she is...I let her know our flight was delayed and she stocked up the refrigerator with fruit and water and milk at no charge. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and the beds are sooooo comfortable. We were absolutely thrilled with our trip and the location. The driver, Spencer, from FreeStyle transportation was also incredible. Most amazing trip ever!

Absolutely wonderful

Many properties are nice, but the owners/managers are not available or unresponsive. Patti's place is not only a very comfortable and affordable option, but she is so nice and really goes out of her the point of going shopping for us and stocking the unit before we arrived. The location is great, steps from the bus stop, and also with parking if you have a car (not needed if you are skiing PCMR or Deer Valley). The master bedroom is a little small, but really who cares, the main thing is the bed was SUPER comfortable, like Four Seasons mattress comfortable. Kids liked the bunks upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked. I would say this unit is perfect for 4, perhaps tight for 6 only because the eating area/table is tight (though there is a leaf for the table). Bathrooms spotless with really good quality amenities. Wood burning fireplace was lovely, Wifi appreciated. I'd also point out that this unit is barely a 40 minute drive from Snowbird/Alta. There are at least three places to rent/buy equipment literally across the street (Jans, Coles etc). Also a Starbucks up the block. The unit is on the third floor, which is actually a plus (as long as you don't mind stairs) because there's no one above you clomping around.

Warm and Comfortable Ski Condo

My son and I stayed at this condo for four nights. The sole purpose of the trip was to get as much skiing in as humanly possible, while having a few great meals. We certainly stayed at the right place to accomplish both goals. We did not rent a car and didn't need a car at all. This condo is in a great location (basically 1 1/2 blocks from the closest lift, with bus stops just outside the condo parking lot (if you want to take the bus to Park City ski resort) and 1/2 block walk if you want to head in the direction of the town of Park City. There is a grocery store, Cole's ski ship and Starbucks all within a block of the condo. The Park City bus system is free and buses come by in all directions very frequently. It is about a 5 minute bus ride to the town of Park City, where you can find fine dining or great casual food. The condo is on the third floor, but we really didn't mind the steps. Our first impression upon walking in for the first time was a pleasant cinnamon, homey scent that permeated the two story condo. The place is very clean and well maintained. A sign at the door asks you to take your shoes/boots off in order to keep the place in good condition. There is an outdoor locker to store your skis (although they have overnight storage at the ski resorts as well), and 2 trays by the front door to hold your shoes, boots and ski boots.

A few negative comments for full disclosure: (i) it's a third floor condo with no elevator (if walking a few flights is a problem for you, then you shouldn't rent this condo), and (ii) the washing machine did not work (there was a set of instructions that made it obvious the washer had problems; it's time to replace it). That's it. Overall, this is a comfortable, reasonably priced condo that is in a great location.

Resposta do proprietário: Thank you for your review, Victor. I'm glad you enjoyed the condo and accomplished your goals of lots of great skiing and great food—we have both in abundance in Park City! I appreciate you letting me know about the washer. I had no idea there was an issue until I read your online review. The prior washer was ~5 years old and your review was how I learned it was not functioning properly. I immediately investigated and replaced both the washer and dryer with brand new Asko/Sub-Zero equipment (no small feat as they had to be hoisted up the spiral staircase). FYI, My instructions posted throughout the condo are written to make the condo as user-friendly as possible and to avoid late night calls of questions like “how do i watch TV?” , “how do I use washer", etc. I have similar instructions for all appliances/TVs etc. in all my properties and get feedback from guests that they are extremely helpful. There is no standard “interface” for washers, the manufacturers tend to make the high-end ones as difficult as possible, and the Asko/Sub-zero is no exception. I put together laminated instructions for the new washer/dryer and even the “cliff notes” version is 18 pages. I know the last thing people want to do on vacation is read instructions, but there is no way I know of to avoid that if people haven’t used these specific appliances. As a general reminder, it is always best to let the owner or property manager know DURING your stay of an issue so it can be addressed as soon as possible. Re the lack of an elevator, I strive to be honest in all literature and advertising and have never stated or indicated that the Snowcrest complex has an elevator. I always suggest to people who are concerned about stairs that this is not the best option for them. I specifically point out that this complex has only stair access and no elevator in my advertising, and certainly hope you were able to read the details prior to your stay and booking. We are continuing to get great snow (18" in the last 2 days with more to come this week) and I hope you come back again soon and try out the new washer and dryer (with detailed instructions)!. Thanks again for choosing my condo and for your helpful review.

Great super clean condo in prefect location

Clean cozy upgraded condo in perfect location and as advertised. 3 min walk to park city ski lift in ski boots. Also took free shuttle bus to deer valley ( shuttle stop 1 minute walk) and to Main Street. Patti (owner) was very helpful w transportation , rental equipment , and dinning options. Can't wait to come back. Lovely town
