Condomínio Bella Vista é parte do complexo Condominio El Faro fechado e cercado sentado mais de 300 pés acima Santiago Bay ea quente, azul do Pacífico. Nossa varanda virada a oeste é um lugar perfeito para observar baleias ou desfrutar de sol espectacular sobre a água. Mas isso é apenas metade da vista, porque a varanda 600 pés quadrados envolve em torno deste condomínio no último piso proporcionando 270 graus de paisagem deslumbrante, incluindo nascer do sol sobre as montanhas do interior que cercam a cidade de Manzanillo e as luzes da cidade abaixo espumantes noites cheio de estrelas. Recentemente renovado, este com 2 quartos, 2 unidade banho contemporânea é um refúgio perfeito para dois casais ou uma família de quatro para cinco. Fabulous condo - highly recommended

A wafting night breeze that gently caresses, rhythmic ocean waves, a comfortable bed and morning bird song all contribute to longer and better sleeps than normal. The plentiful, clever and humourous artwork make this place feel like a home rather than a rental unit. With a well-stocked kitchen and a good book, there is little to entice one away from the balcony with its ever-changing vistas and gorgeous sunsets. But, alas, going out is a must. The local bus and taxi systems provide efficient and inexpensive transportation, even without a car. Our favourite beaches for full day outings and lunch were Miramar, Boquita and Santiago. Don't miss the small veggie and fish vendors in Santiago in lieu of the mega-stores in Manzanillo. We had worthwhile trips to Barra de Navidad, Colima and Comala, and snorkeling. Trip Advisor led us to a surprising number of good restaurants.

We have been to a number of magical places in Mexico, and in this condo Manzanillo was among the best.

Great condo, location, and views!

I've stayed here twice and the experience has been outstanding both times. I spend the early mornings on the balcony watching the lights of the city and the sunrise. Actually, I spend quite a bit of time on the balcony as there are always nice breezes and beautiful sunsets over the bay.

The condo itself is perfect. Nice family room, everything you need in a kitchen and bedrooms are good sized with lots of storage. Choice of two swimming pools on the property and they have always been clean and refreshing.

The location is great. If you are in downtown Manzanillo area, you are at the end of the things that you want to get to. Here, you are centrally located to restaurants, beaches, and within 25 minutes or so of the airport.

I couldn't recommend this property more highly!

Beautiful Views!

We booked our trip to Manzanillo 6 weeks prior to leaving and we had very little time to find accommodations. We came upon Condo Bella Vista and the pictures seemed great and the views stunning. Jack managed our request quickly and professionally. Upon arrival the condo looked exactly like the photos on the website, but the views were breathing taking. Every night we sat outside enjoying the spectacular views, sipping wine and playing cards. We walked down every morning to one of the beaches, relaxed, rented boogie boards and enjoyed wonderful food. The red food truck downtown and the stand near the market had the best fish and chicken tacos. We taxied back up to the condo some days, but walking is manageable with proper footwear. We rented a car one day and drove to Barra de Navidad, took the boat taxi to the island and enjoyed fresh seafood at Maria's. It was excellent!

Overall our trip was fantastic. There were very few tourists and the experience felt more authentic than many places in Mexico we have visited. The condo was beautiful, the grounds and pool immaculate and the staff extremely helpful. Thank you Jack for renting the condo, it was perfect!

Family of four spent the holidays at this exceptional property.

What a fantastic choice for our 2013 holiday! The property is well situated on a hill summit with incredible views of both the ocean and the town of Manzanillo. Picture a growing storm of billowing grey clouds moving in from the north, bolts of lightening seeking distant peaks contrasted with the colorful sunset over the Pacific in shades of blue, purple, orange, pink and red. Watching the New Year's Eve celebration from the Condo Bella Vista balcony we saw basketball sized candle flame powered "balloons" rise above the city glowing softly as they drifted in the breeze. For our family of four adults (parents and two children) the Condo Bella Vista was as much an attraction as the beach, the surrounding communities and the night clubs. It was a comfortable home to return to after a day of exploring or sampling restaurant cuisine. For home cooked meals the kitchen provided a convenience for four people with different tastes in food. The expansive layout of the property allowed privacy and escape when each of us sought solitude.

Owner Jack was professional in his administration of the property and assisted us when asked about some specific logistics. The condominium management were helpful and the woman who cleans the property twice a week knows what clean is!

I do suggest that if guests are arriving by their own car that directions be available from some landmark in Manzanillo to assist finding the property.

If you are concerned about not being located directly on the beach, don't be. There are multiple beach locations to check out depending upon the type of activity you want. Don't miss beach town of Barra de Navidad about 40K north. Laid back and friendly, good food and "bar" kiosks along the walkway. They got surf too! A distinct difference from Manzanillo.

Wonderful Time in Manzanillo

We spent a fantastic Christmas holiday at Condo Bella Vista. The large, well appointed Condo was our little piece of heaven during our week long visit to Mexico.The panoramic view was amazing, something we took advantage of as much as possible, especially during sunset. We also enjoyed the refreshing daily dips in the pool. I highly recommend Condo Bella Vista to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. You will not be disappointed.

Luxury and Value

Since our original visit to Condo BellaVista in 2009 we have visited Manzanillo and returned to Condo BellaVista annually. Each time on our return we find that our hosts have continued to make improvements to the condo to make it even more luxurious, comfortable and accommodating. Changes have included small things like kitchen appliance upgrades or decorative touches, to major improvements such as new terracotta flooring throughout the condo and major bath remodeling. It's obvious that Jack and Cindy take pride in making sure that their guests are treated to the very nicest of accommodations during their vacation in Manzanillo. We plan to return and continue to highly recommend Condo BellaVista for your vacation in Manzanillo.
