Our 95 sqm holiday home Seestern is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac and was built in 1999. At the end of 2013 we completely renewed everything and equipped it with high quality. It has its own car parking space, a playground on the shared property of the 4 residential units, a common room with washing machine, dryer and handcart (blue) and a 250 sqm large, enclosed garden with outdoor grill and south-facing terrace, covered sandpit, lounger, parasols and Seating group (not available in winter). On the ground floor there is the SFBC with ceramic hob and hot air oven, microwave, large fridge, extra freezer compartments, dishwasher, granite sink with pull-out washing head and generous equipment. Adjacent is the dining area for 6 people with a sturdy high chair and a high chair for slightly older children if necessary. This is followed by the living area with flat screen TV (cable HDTV), Blue Ray DVD player, music system, fireplace and a large sofa corner. Here you will find a detailed information folder, DVDs for children and adults, board games and a book collection. There is also a children's play area. Starting from the hallway is a shower room with window, hair dryer and cupboards. In the storage room you will find drying racks, brooms, irons, vacuums, wiping buckets, grill grids and children's games for outdoors, as well as a basket with spare bulbs / batteries / socket protection and a new vacuum cleaner. A solid wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a second bathroom. The stairs are equipped with a stair protection roller blind (Lascal) at the top and bottom. Here are the two 20 sqm bedrooms. In bedroom 1 there is a mobile changing table and a solid baby bed. In the upper compartment of the wardrobe, we have stored useful children's accessories (baby bath, potty, toilet attachment, step, bottle warmer). Here is a double bed made of solid wood, with matching bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and clock radio. In bedroom 2 there are 4 massive single beds with bedside tables, a wardrobe and a table with 2 chairs. 2 beds can be put together as a double bed. The roof windows are equipped with shading and fly screens. Everything is designed for 6 people. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A laundry package with bed linen and towels can be booked on request.
