Far Horizons Ocean View is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom lower garden unit. It is the perfect spot for a couple on their honeymoon, or just needing a little getaway. There is a pullout couch in the living room which can accommodate 1 child. It also has a private splash pool with a large outdoor sitting area.
It is a gated, fenced in property which overlooks Frank Bay, Turner Bay and a bird sanctuary. Frank Bay offers the closest snorkeling as well as a quiet spot to sit and watch the sunset. Just out the gate and around the corner is Gallows Point which, not only has a wonderful restaurant but also a small convenience market for all of your basic necessities. Continue walking for about 4 minutes and you are in the heart of Cruz Bay where you can satisfy all of your shopping, dining and nightlife needs. From Cruz Bay you are just a short drive or taxi ride to the larger grocery stores, the National Park which makes up 2/3rds of our little island and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Although a rental car is not a necessity we certainly recommend it for at least a portion of your stay, especially if this is your first visit to St. John. It is worth exploring at your own pace and stopping along the way to take in the breathtaking views that make up the drive.
The owner, Anna, her daughter Addison and their various pets (2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 bunnies) live in the upper part of the house. They are there if you need them or have any questions, otherwise you are given as much privacy as you need or want.
