Quiet, yet very location near the beach (200m), directly adjacent to the nature reserve of the known Dune of Campomarino.
The house has 5 bedrooms (11 beds).

In the first Floor there are a total of 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a masonry shower. 2 of the bedrooms contain a double bed, the 3rd room has a bunk bed and a single bed and is used by us mainly as a nursery. The master bedroom opens directly onto the large, very sunny roof terrace with panoramic sea views.
On the ground floor (ground floor) is the living room, another large bathroom with built shower and fully equipped spacious kitchen. This has an exit to a small terrace with private stairs to the garden. From the living room leads directly to the large main terrace. This corresponds in your size roof terrace on the top floor and offers the complete capping pleasant shade on hot summer days. A great place to relax. The dining table on the terrace can accommodate 8 people, but can easily be extended by a further table, if required.
In the basement there are 2 more bedrooms with double bed, one bathroom (no shower) and several smaller storage areas.
The house was renovated a few years ago and thus set up in conjunction with mostly new furniture.
The house has a large plot of land (about 1600 square meters). This is completely surrounded by a stone wall. The manicured garden includes a 2016 created private pool and is planted with Mediterranean plants, including many large palm trees, mulberry trees, almond trees, many flowers and various herbs.
Campo Marino is a typical small Italian resort, which has so far remained untouched by mass tourism. The holiday month of August, mainly Italians spend your holidays, the atmosphere is very informal. Large hotels or beach chairs for hire are still unknown here. By mid-July and September from the beach often has on its own.
The price level is compared in Puglia with other Italian destinations still very low. The quality of the food is fantastic, everything is freshly prepared using local ingredients.
From our own experience, our house is also perfect for 2 families in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere together here on holiday.
Just 250 meters from the house is the beautiful Naturstrand- the crystal clear waters ideal for swimming. Campo Marino boasts the best water quality in the Mediterranean area. In addition, the surrounding area also invites you to trips. Manduria, the capital of Primitivo wine, Lecce (Southern Italy response to Florence), Ostuni, Alberobello Trulli or the Fasano (Europe's largest safari zoo) are just a few examples.
You can reach Campo Marino simply by plane (Brindisi airport (40 km) and Bari (130km)). Several low-cost airlines fly this from Germany to late autumn regularly to. Also, the approach with your own car is no problem about the well-established Italian motorways.
