he Katharinenhof consists of a listed thatched low German hall house from around 1780 and is one of the few well-preserved houses of that time with extensive grounds and old fruit trees. The courtyard has been lovingly renovated since 2008, trying to preserve the charm and character of the courtyard.
Wodorf-Blowatz is quiet, right on the Baltic Sea cycle path. Shopping markets, post office, bank, each 5 km. Hanseatic city of Wismar (10km), idyllic country paths along field and forest u. a. to the Baltic Sea in the immediate vicinity.
You will find swimming opportunities e.g. B. on the Baltic Sea island of Poel (5 km) and the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik (18 km) with wide, white sandy beaches (also nudist. Dog beach available), pier, boardwalk, restaurants, cafes and playgrounds.

It is a 3-room apartment with special charm and rustic furnishings. It is 55 square meters. Here is an open large living area with kitchen, as well as an alcove (sleeping alcove) and a loft.
The apartment is only rented from May to September as it has no heating!
