Kastel-Luksic is the middle of 7 castels. At the center of which is the Kastel Viturie, directly on the sea.
Here you will find the charm of an old fishing village where you will find everything the holidaymaker needs. Within 5 to 10 minutes there are 3 supermarkets (Kosum, Tomy u. Ribola). Children's playgrounds at the church and on the beach. A little further there is still Lidl and Kaufland etc. You have here directly a pizzeria, a fast snack and the hotel Zarko with good regional cuisine. Etc, etc. Almost every day a fisherman sells his catch at the corner of the road. In the neighboring village of Kastel-Stari there is a larger fish market every morning. Here you will also find the colorful tourist restaurants. Directly along the sea you can walk almost to Trogir or Split or Cycle.
They are in about 5 minutes at the beach. There are also 3 coffees, one with a children's playground. Outside of the swimming areas, you can also simply go fishing without training or purchasing licenses (only for your own needs).
Your holiday home is a restored old fisherman's house with complete equipment. The large covered balcony (about 10 square meters) protects you from the noonday sun and invites you to linger in all weather conditions. On the ground floor is the living room with enough space for eating and as a meeting place. There is a toilet, shower and sink. On the first floor is a living / bedroom with the typical IKEA-Schlafcouch and a day bed. Also 2 wall cupboards, etc. There is also the SAT - TV. On the 2nd floor is a bedroom with a toilet, bidet and washbasin. Also a large closet. On the beautiful large covered balcony (loggia). Wonderful for the breakfast and also for a snack. The balcony armor is high enough to tame children's crutches.
From your holiday home go about 20m to Kastel Viturie and then right or left to the beach with tree vegetation by the sea and a beach with medium gravel. There are also two beautiful natural parks and a palm grove. More detailed information is available on the net. The region from Split to Trogir is part of a European project to clean the sea. All sewage is collected and not disposed of on the shore.
In the nearby area (100m to 200m) there is ample public parking. With a bit of luck you are also almost at the door.
